1. Is it wildgrass compatible?
2. Would you consider uploading it to minecraft exchange (mcxc.net) or planet minecraft (planetminecraft.com)? Otherwise I can't download it for a few weeks.
I really like the look of this from the pictures present me: it's a pure form at 16p and the mix between cubism and spirals works really well :smile.gif: .

If someone wants to make a new redstone texture to be a temporary fix (possibly permanent) till it can be fixed id LOVE that, so how about it guys? I want everyone who can to make a new working redstone texture, whoever makes one that I think fits best, Ill throw it in! cant wait to see your designs!
The packs in that thread (there are quite a few versions of it) look similar to yours, and maybe you could use some of the blocks from them. For example I think your white(birch?) tree texture doesn't look amazing (sorry), and one of those might be better. Also somewhere in that thread is a slightly swirly redstone texture you could use.
I guess you might have seen them before (or even used them) but I hope they somehow help or give you inspiration :smile.gif:
I have seen this pack. Its nice and I got inspiration for most my blocks from them. as for birch, that i got inspiration from frenden.
I open the launcher of Minecraft, i go to "Mods and texture packs" and the second folder's name is "Xaiwater V1-2.zip", but it picture is the picture of the classic texture packs and in black and white. Then, I do "done" and I play singleplayer, but it's always the classic texture packs...
Sounds like there was a mistake in making the zip file, where did you download it from?

I'm kinda new to making textures and never tried the style either but this is what I have right now.

Alright these are my entries for the reddust wiring. I really couldn't choose which one I would submit since tastes can differ so much, soo I'll just show both :smile.gif: I made one with pretty straight wiring, but this wasn't really fitting the style in my opinion. So I went back to pixeling and came up with the Twirly version! I think it looks a lot better and suits the style just great :smile.gif:

PS. xaivern, that little system you see on the left is a train station. if you load a cart and sit in it, and alarm will ring and a torch will blink. Then a cart (which is constantly being boosted back and forth) will be released and will push you on your way (:

Thank you for putting another Planet Minecraft link. This one worked for me. I also don't have to worry about downloading from MediaFire. I don't like MediaFire. Whenever I click download, it takes me to a pop-up site with my security system telling me I'm going to get a virus. =( Also, it won't let me exit. ANOTHER pop-up comes, so I have to force-quit.

By the way, I just noticed that you included custom water in your pack right? It doesn't work on mine, and by the looks of the picture above (the guy who posted the redstone wire) his water isn't working either.
You have to patch the water. For that you need the xau patcher which you can find here. I never bothered since I was working on the redstone :wink.gif:
Besides that point. Xai, would you be interested in adding / changing the torches to the ones I made today? I think they look nicer but I'm going to leave it here and let you people decide.

There's a mod (currently broken-ish) called More Ores. It adds - they claim- about 23... or 32?... new ores to spawn in the world. I love finding ore and gems in caves, so this mod is a must-have for me.
In order to use it, however, I needed it to fit withthe best texture pack. or else I'd be at the mercy of the inferior Painterly pack! So I did this:
16x16 as intended
Zoomed in.
I like it. A lot. But I won't move each texture into its own individual .png until the mod is fixed, since it's time consuming. If you never see me again, you can do that job yourself from the above image! :biggrin.gif:

Glad you like 'm! I totally agree with you about the torch and lever tho.. I kinda focused on the redstone-torches and then quickly did the other two.. I'm gonna play around with those two soon and see if I can find a nice mix. Here is the texture for the redstone torches&repeater. (notice the repeater has 2 small arrows showing the output.)
Oh and besides that,, I've been messing around with the paintings. Since I thought the realistic ones that are currently in it don't really match the cartoony look of the texture :smile.gif: You probably disagree but I think it looks pretty good.
