That's kind of disappointing, I like the x32 and was looking forward to it's completion. Not a problem though, the x16 is still amazing. :3
It's not dead, Xaivern and I just have some issues to work out regarding the path we want to take the pack. We will notify you all when we begin work again. Hopefully it will not be for long.
whats the diference betweenthe 16x and 32x pack anyway they look the same o.o im not to into technical stuff so pardon my stupidity? xD
To put it simply, the 32x pack has 4 times the number of pixels on each block face. With this many more pixels we have added new levels of detail, smoother curves, and have been able to incorporate ideas we had previously only dreamed of. The normal (16x) pack has 16 pixels by 16 pixels on each block face, hence, 16x. You can see how that carries over to 32x.
The two versions do look quite similar, and that was on purpose. We wanted the 32x to have the same feel, just more refined. 32x packs do have slightly more graphic load, so you may notice some slight performance decrease. But for most people, it runs just fine! If you are curious, feel free to download it and take a look yourself, I think you will be pleasantly surprised :smile.gif:
whats your policy on letting people use these for MC series? I'm part of the creepocalypse, and could we use this for it?WOW!
