I forgot how much of a n00b I used to be at making textures, but I've been using the same particle effects from the beginning... :0
Thanks for the Wind Waker art! I really like the stained glass, and would certainly use it at home. :biggrin.gif:
Anyone using my Varietal Saplings textures will need to re-download to fix the gray sapling bug. (If you see gray spots on your Hickory sapling, just redownload. :smile.gif:

Xai, sorry to keep you waiting on the art. But it wasn't finished and well.. it took some time to find matching pictures and since I never actually played any Zelda games (apart from that CD-i disaster..) I didn't know what played a big part in the story etc. I tried my best and this is the result.
As you can see.. it only covers the standard amount of paintings.
I also used the wood texture as a background on the menu, since I don't think the normal dirt on the menu fit with the skin. Just an idea, not forcing you to do it or something haha
Oh and here are the rest of my eh.. icon thingies, use them if you want. If not, alright with me :wink.gif: Torch, RepeaterIcon, FireParticle, MenuBackground

I understand the source of inspiration for the texture pack, but I honestly don't like the blatantly Legend of Zelda art. Whenever I get them in-game, I always take it down and try again. (I do rather enjoy the Sonic Adventure one though.)
One of the things that I like about the art in this pack is the mix of different things. There's art that would be fitting in a dungeon, banners good for lining a castle hall, and some that make for good secret hideouts or general rooms. If the art is changed to be all LoZ art, it would lose all of that appeal.
Just my opinion. Feel free to discard. It's not like making my own art file would be in any way difficult.
I've noticed something odd when I use the texture pack, not sure if others have this problem. When I used the pack below the grass was completely see through. It was like there was a big space in between the dirt and grass , making most of my world see through. Very odd. Anyone else have this problem or a solution?

i have been afraid to get the new ores mod since i will get the "what first" syndrome, but seeing the texture of those new armors and weapons makes me try it out, finally. if i can get builders to work, it will be a win-win.
Xai, siince you didn't respond to the art or the new repeater icon.. I'm going to assume that you will not include them. That's alright since it's your own pack, but it's kind of annoying to hear that you want the kz.png, and when I put effort in it and show you it when it's done, you don't even react to it.
That's all I wanted to say, I like working for this texture pack and am satisfied with the outcome of my work. I hope you liked my input :smile.gif:
