Have you ever tried making a texture pack? It's not finger painting. I am new to it and thoughtid try so if you don't like it don't use it, It's as simple as that.

What am I supposed to draw the best friggin' hd texture pack there is for my first one??? Im fine with criticism but saying "I'm sorry, but this is horrible" doesn't help anyone, maybe if he had left ONE tip it would've been better. Now the reason I scribbled on the trees was PURE BOREDOM okay??? PURE BOREDOM. That's the reason I'm making this texture pack is pure ****ing boredom.

go outside if ur bored... but anyways the link in my sig is my first... but still... its not great but its good for being made from pure boredom, as for criticism... make the ores MORE visible not less, and make the obsidian tile better.
This is crap. That's as kind as I can put it. Don't release crap. No, of course we don't expect you to make a Doku or JohnSmith or Misa on your first go. We don't even expect you to make a particularly interesting Smoothcraft. What we do expect, though, is effort and a will to improve. By drawing squiggles on two textures and doing some minor editing of a handful of others you've displayed no effort. C'mon, you changed ores, trees, and obsidian with no respect for theme or togetherness at all. No effort. And after that you flipped your lid when someone called your on ********. No will to improve. If you want to be a successful texture artist, recognize the difference between good and bad. Don't release the bad.

Sorry for flaming, even though this is old I now realize the shittyness of all the stuff I attempt to make. Maybe some day I'll get the skill of being able to build well or make good texture packs. But right now, I can't do **** well enough.
