With Xau's patcher updated, I've done a quick patch to my texture pack.... includes interface changes, some new paintings, and minor changes/tweaks to terrain/items.png and such. It is now Beta 1.3 compatible. Make sure you download the new version of Xau's patcher as well, that's important for making this work!

Ah thanks ^^ But as far as the cobble goes, I don't think I'll be changing it unless I get more complaints about it. Sorry!

Hey guys I made a mistake with the downloads late last night. Blame being tired I suppose. Anyway I fixed the problems, and new download links are up now.

Earlier problems where: No transparency on the bed in one download.
Names where switched on the filenames so the one that had default low res paintings, didn't... and vice versa.

I like it alot, I might use it as my main pack. but I have 1 issue.

1. The cobblestone is HORRID

I just used the pack. I really liked most of it! I thought the gui looked great and it wasn't too obtrusive and I loved the ores. I just had a problem with the health bar. I preferred the original health and bubble icons (the hearts and the bubbles). If you can add a version with the normal hearts and bubbles it would look better imo. Anyways, great job!

Thanks for your guys' comments. As you can tell, I haven't worked on this for a little while. I need to get myself in gear and do a little editing. Cobblestone seems to be getting mixed comments I suppose, so i don't know what I'll do there. I've just been lacking inspiration and motivation lately, but I'll try to force myself to do some texture work soon!

The texture pack looks pretty good so far. I think if you move the "rocks" closer together in the cobblestone, it may look better. Similar to how the sandstone is. I definitely like how the ores look. Pretty much all of the wood products look awesome as well. Although, I think the window in the wooden door could stand to be slightly less...tall i guess. Or possibly add a cross bar in the middle, turning it into four parts. One last thing. I think the wool looks too bland. The pack that I am using right now, http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=97561, has awesome wool.
It is looking to be a pretty good pack so far. I am likely to use it when you are done.

I love the redstone wiring, and the ores look great! I generally cobble together a texture pack for my own use from my favorite stuff, and I think I'll enjoy the new look! Thanks.

make a pack.png and a pack.txt so my minecraft doesnt explode not knowing what to do

This is a bit odd. When I install your pack and try to switch to it, Minecraft crashes. Also here on the forums many of your screenshots are messed up for me (rainbow white noise). On a separate computer they look fine, but minecraft still crashes.

Hey guys, I'm updating this pack for use for 1.4 now, and to use the new beta HD Xau patcher (meaning I'll be adding pack.txt and pack.png to the file)

Just want to update a one or two more things before I upload, should be done later today (I'm on US Eastern time), if not sometime early this morning.

Also, i'll take some of your suggestions into consideration and see what I can do/Get more opinions on some of the things people are having issues with. Just to let you know though, cobblestone has been changed completely and I think looks much better! May post a pic just to show that off. Finally, just want to thank you all for downloading my still incomplete pack and trying it out, and leaving the comments you all have been. I appreciate it! Thanks!

A little bump, only to let you guys know that I've updated the pack now.... Still not all the way finished, but I made it 1.4 compliant, as well as added a number of items and stuff to it, including cookies and such. Will get a screenshot of new cobblestone soon and post it here.

Thanks for the compliment, and as for your problem. Well, we'll need a little more information to go on. What happens exactly? What version of the HD patcher did you use, Xau's, or that new beta version? Did you follow their instructions exactly?

I'm not sure how much help I can be since I'm not a great tech support person, but I'll try. Mostly though I just do the art things in my texture pack here.

How do you use the new beta patcher?

i like the pictures and textures but i dont actually know how ot get the texture pack working.
Please Help
