Go to run, type in %temp%/minecraft.net or %temp%/www.minecraft.net depending where you play, open the folder, take the minecraft.jar out and place it on your desktop, then open it with winrar, drag the texture files in it, and then place it back in the minecraft folder.
OR if you're using the wom client, just put the texture files in the skin folder.

I've been playing Minecraft Classic for a while and i was wondering if you can put a texture pack on it???
