For both pack, I thought of a few weapons.
The UNSC Spartans
Wooden sword: rusty/broken tactical knife
Stone: Tactical knife (fix)
Iron: Emile's Kukri or shoulder blade
Golden: Emile's kukri or shoulderblade in case
Diamond: Golf club!
The Covenant
Wooden Sword: Depleted energy sword
Stone: spiker w/o ammo (for the underblades or bayonet)
Iron: gravity hammer
Golden: Needler (Mainly for the spikes)
Diamond: Energy Sword
I also thought of a few other blocks.
Instead of a fusion coil for both the covenant and the UNSC, why not make the TnT for the elites a plasma battery? In halo they work exactly the same as a Fusion Coil.
Pigs: Guta,only ALOT smaller and harmless.
If you will make like a texture pack that like each armomr (steel, dimond,etc) will be a Halo helmet
and add in a DMR, I will do nothing (and say thnaks)

1. bad grammar.
2. most texture packs have full armors not just helmets. and he's currently making the Covenant side.
3. DMR isn't a good choice (i used the Assault rifle, ive heard of needlers, needle rifles, he uses the plasma rifle.
LOOKS GREAT! i cant wait to play it. Here is a little hint for you, make it in Windows, Mac, and Linux (i own a mac and would be greatly appreciated if you would make a mac version)

packs can stop for a while without dying.
i hope he finishes it, but these aren't easy to make.
