Yeah. things like lava and water are embedded in the code-- you have to be really good with code to change them.
things like clouds and the void(sky/under the bedrock) are similar-- deeply coded, not textures. (although i think clouds might be easier to change)
The floodmarine looks good except a bit dim (color)

you are really bringing up something i said in February? i know that stuff now (lava/water needs HD patchers.. etc.)
just make your point. and i was still right, you would have to mod to make Halo rings.
Thought of some new armour ideas.
Spartan pack:
No armour: UNSC marine
Leather: Mark V
Iron: No idea. (yet)
Diamond: (you knew this was coming) John's mark IV armour
Gold: ODST?
Elite pack:
No armour: Minor
Leather: Spec Ops/Ranger
Iron: Ultra/General
Diamond:Feild Marshall (or Arbiter)
Gold:Zealot

i had offered to give him skins for use in both the spartan and Covenant pack (new Elite skins in production)

#1. he hasnt updated in over a month so its kinda dead.
#2. creepers are always either grunts or flood. so u arent suggesting anything a halo texture pack maker hasnt heard a few hundred times
#3. there are a lot of halo texture packs. I have one. Fallenchecho has one. and there are a lot more. so u dont just have to wait for this one

He hasn't updated since may.... Don't hold your breath. And there are other Halo Texture packs.
