You should use paint.net to get rid of the black squares so it wont show up ingame. I use paint to make the lines and stuff and paint.net to get rid of black squares. Try it. It works. I'm gonna release my texture pack right now :smile.gif:
umm some people actually like this XD well to the ppl who like it ty and the guy who said a bunch of crap Fuuu
also please tell me what joo likes ( Glass is black because there was so much blood on it it got black) ( to Make Harder) ( who found out wut zombie looked like )
Easily one of the best texture packs on this forum. The overall theme here (which, by the way, is blood, it's okay if you missed that it's quite subtle) conveys a sense of dread not felt in any other texture pack in existence. When I'm using this pack, I feel as if I'm in a madhouse of horrors, surrounded by the blood of the innocent. 11/10 best pack.
So I played your pack for a little bit; however, I have yet to determine "wut zombie looked like."
Let's take a look, though!
One thing that wasn't captured in the screen shot above was that the title menu buttons not only clamor for death, but also plead for mercy when hovered upon. This change, though subtle, drives home the "apocolyptic" feel of the pack.
Logging on to my multiplayer server of choice, I discovered that Apocolypse sends my birch-white haunted house in something of a different direction:
The black frames surrounding the torches (they also surround flowers and saplings) were a terrific touch--they allow these items to stand out in bold relief, assuring that they did not get lost. Apocolypse also takes bold steps to render glass useless by turning it completely black, continuing the apocolyptic theme. No blood on the paintings, though! Whoever has wrought this Apocolypse clearly has respect for the arts.
Doubtless ravaged by the effects of global warming and/or dragon attack, Apocolypse's grass eschews tradition by being green on top and yellow on the side, devoid of blood on top but tainted by it on the side. The chicken remains unharmed because, again, the purveyors of this apocolypse have respect for not just the arts, but poultry. Notice the blood on the sand, a subtle and clever nod to the 50 Cent-helmed video game classic (and don't worry, Dylan fans; there's blood on the minecart tracks, too!).
The green grass, of course, hides a grim secret: beneath its verdant exterior hides deep crimson!
Once again, our ravager of doom appears to be rather selective, ignoring gravel altogether. Rest assured, though, that the blood stains do not affect the efficacy of your coal. They just make it impossible to spot.
In keeping with our theme of "where did all this black stuff come from," sugarcane--now tinted a spooky gray and dripping with you-know-what--now stands out better than ever. Just don't try to look through it.
But what could have done this? What could have ravaged the earth in this way, scorched it, recolored the sides of its grass and stuffed its dirt with more blood than a Tarantino flick?
The answer may shock you.
For it is the sun.
It is not our sun.
It is rogue.
It is pink.
OVERALL: I could rate you in diamonds, in Notch heads, in any of this forum's other common units of currency of respect. However, none of them are bloody enough. I give this project one and hope that we can use it to mop up this bloody mess.
Lol next time i make this its gonna be better and the sun was supposed to be red D: and ty to all who like it ( and is sponge a good thing) oh and can someone give me a good program to do teh textures with :biggrin.gif: that wud be helpful
