[*:1wj091r5] Uploaded and broadcasted texture pack.
Current Top Priorities
[*:1wj091r5]Change color schema on wood.
[*:1wj091r5]Create Simple Item Icons.
[*:1wj091r5]Match overworld preview with the armor icons.
[*:1wj091r5]Add Water and Lava skins.
Preview
Click here for a view slides of the texture pack.
[*:1wj091r5]First slide shows the whole rainbow of cloth
[*:1wj091r5]Second-Fifth slide shows a portion of the blocks
[*:1wj091r5]Crosshair pumpkin blur. Place holder, unless requested to keep. If it is, I will try to match the Sniper crosshair with the actual in-game crosshair.
Information
Looking back at my texture pack (after 3 bloody, but joyful hours), I thought about what could have been done, fixed, or removed. The programs I used were Paint (for editing), GIMP (for adding transparency), WINRAR, and of course, Minecraft.
Paintings are in fact, changed. I didn't have the time to show them in the preview, but they have been tested and be aware of the different paintings.
Also, PM of any bugs, and I will quickly fix them.
And a last point of value, I will be able to simplify mods, but any mods involving creatures (not humans), will be put in thought, and might not be accepted.
Installation 1. Press Menu+R (for Windows) 2. Click on .minecraft 3. Click on texturepacks 4. Install the pack and drag it to that folder. DO NOT EXTRACT IT 5. Load up Minecraft 6. Click on Mods and Texture Packs 7. Select "Taco Man Genius" 8. Whammo. Your done
Icons
Icons can be used, but only some are edited, after a corrupt file, and error, an hour of work was reverted back to after 5 minutes. Once they're updated (possibly done before Sunday), they will have to be downloaded separately.
Mobs
Be aware of these following changes:
[*:1wj091r5]Skeletons are now Skeleton Knights (armor does not change it's health)
[*:1wj091r5]Zombies appear as undead McDonalds workers.
[*:1wj091r5]Zombie Pigmen are now Undead Crazed Miners who make pig noises.
None of the following changes their attributes or actions.
Leave any suggestions, as I'll take negativity and positivity (and neutral feelings), most of the time it'll help me onwards, as this is my first texture pack.
If your talking about the whole pack, look under the Preview section.
If your talking about the icon problem, it basically means that from everything simplified went to only some dyes done.
