Question. Did you ever consider doing a hi-res Wii version of this pack? I've been playing Cave Story Wii on Dolphin and I like the new textures. If not, I might be able to have a go at it. There's a complete sprite/texture rip here.
Downloaded but haven't seen yet, so are the zombie pigmen the angels from Sacred Grounds? If not, they should be. And have you considered making the Ghast the giant Jellyfish instead?
And guessing now: Endermen are Mannan, and squids HAVE to be Ikachan.

I have never made I hi-res pack before. I could try it out, but I can't guarantee anything.
Looking at the textures it seems like it would fit in a 32x pack. Also I started on the art texture, so if you want to pick it up from there you can. 6 of the art pieces are placeholders as I was building onto your art file. This piece alone took me 2 hours, so I'm not sure if I would be cut out for making a texture pack unless I had a lot of time to spare.
Oh wow! I wasn't expecting this much for 1.9...This weekend is going to be pretty busy for me so I can't promise an update for the 1.9 pre-release. I'll work on it, but it probably will not be soon. I might wait until the official 1.9 release to make sure everything is done. Just keeping you guys informed.
But no, because mod support is rather stupid and stretches the source material out more to cover stuff not every minecraft user has. I can understand why this would be a good idea for packs such as Painterly and such, where all the textures are custom made anyway, but for packs where there is a limited amount of material to pull from because it's transforming the game to look like another game, I don't think there should be support for anything beyond vanilla minecraft.
The only thing I can think of for this pack would be some way to identify the border between hearts more easily. Not saying you need to separate them at all, but, perhaps darker pixels at the right edge of the full heart? Same for the armor, actually.
Yeah, that's really informative. Try constructive criticism next time.
Why don't you like how it tiles? What do you even mean? Which blocks, specifically, are tiling badly? I see no tiling issues myself, but maybe you do. Tell the author how it can be fixed.
It's one-line dismissals like this that irritate me. Please, if you ever bother to return to this thread (you probably won't, considering the 'meh') think your words through.
Ha, I was looking for this just to see if I could help updating, but it seems like you did a good job here! If you want, I might be able to help with going into 1.9 and it's textures.
Maybe not, but you still get a thumbs up from me.

BOTTLES: First you must stand like this...
KAZOOIE: What, wearing ridiculous glasses and a silly grin?
Hi I'm making an adventure map and I want to use this pack as its textures! May I? Yes? No?
P.S. I might, just might, edit it a weeny bit, just minor editing.

Sure you can! Just credit me where you can, and let me know when it's done!

I support this idea.

Sounds great! I'll get on it.
Also here's the original for comparison.

Also, the Enderdragon's life bar is customisable. You know what to do.
