Was bored and decided to make a few contra textures.
Having trouble coming up with things to make all the other textures out of, like wood, cobble, etc. They might just have to not make sense if I decide to do more.
Looks pretty cool dude :smile.gif: I love the 8-Bit look, thats why I made a Castlevania retexture. As for finding stuff to make the items and such out of, I know what you mean. I just went to an NES map site and dug through all the stages, finding what I could and piecing different things together. I suggest you do the same.

ah weak i was ready to donwload this and use it, but theres no download link DX, and this last post is in january >: really wanted to get my hands on this texture even if it was WIP there is a lot of things already done it looks good enough to release but well it is your choice, amazing textures and very faithful to contra well done sir :3
Looks very nice, but may I just say that 16p =/= 16x. The p in "1080p", which is where I assume you got the notation from, means "progressive scan", not "pixels". Thus, this should say 16x, not 16p.
