to make a 256 texture pack can you just take a 128 terrain.png and double pixel size of the entire picture? for example if i want to edit aaegons bumpmaft...can i just edit terrain.png and then replace my file with the one inside of his zip file....then use the HD Patcher at 256?
oh great, thanks....i dont want to start from scratch though, i'd rather just be able to take bumpmaft and just change 1 by 1...when you say that bumpmaft will look blurry, do you just mean when youre comparing it to the 256 blocks? since even if you load the 256 the old ones willl still only should as 128
I know Gimp has an option to scale things up without blurring them. It just takes one square pixel and changes it to a square of four identical pixels... or nine or sixteen, etc.
