I was just thinking up ideas for texture packs and thought of a jail-esque.
At first I was going to do a whole texture pack but couldn't think of any ideas. So I just decided to do mobs.
My idea was that all passive mobs, etc. ,will have prisoner outfits (Black and white stripes) And all the aggressive mobs will be wearing police-esque uniforms.

I still might do a complete texture pack but that depends on my skill and time.
