I have a slight problem.
My ISP has blacklisted Mediafire and I'm not really a fan of the others.
I was planning to update this to 1.8 and perhaps 1.9PR4

However.
My new HD texture pack "KDS Photorealism" available at the top of the description is available for 1.9PR4 but it is currently being hosted on Megaupload *stabs megaupload* while my ISP and mediafire sort things out.
Perhaps you could test it out for me?

It's a much better pack in my opinion but I've put a lot of work into it and for that reason I don't want anyone using any parts of it in their packs.

Okay so I've finally uploaded my KDS Photo Realism pack to Minecraftforums.
There is currently a poll on there in regards to this packs future.
Please vote on there.

AWESOME! But one major suggestion. Could you make it compatible with 1.8.1? That would be cool. Ya know? Yeah, you know. 15 diamods for you!!!

I might use dropbox in the future. But I've been using mediafire for over a year now. Really enjoyed their service. Perhaps one day when I decide to check it out.
If it isn't broke, don't fix it I say.
But I have taken in your suggestion, it's on my list of alternate sites should Mediafire let me down.

All depends on the frequency of updates Minecraft gets. For the moment Jeb seems keen on bugfixing, from a texture pack authors point of view... That's bliss! :biggrin.gif:

I wish I had the patience to make a texture pack too.
I find myself throwing together various textures that never make it to the terrain.png

I plan on showcasing all my unused textures to the public, but have yet to find a suitable program for it.
I have come across TexMod, a fantastic app that would really suit my needs.
Swap textures at will with other texture packs or add your own with simple dragging and clicking. Will work fantastic if I choose to throw my textures on the web.

Also keep your eyes peeled. Someone has been stealing this pack and is trying to pass it off as his own. He uses adcraft links to try making a profit from it too.
Don't download them to check, the proof is in the screenshots.
Just report him, comment on it and bring it to peoples attention and pm me about it.

However...
That remains to be seen my friend.
I may update this pack with textures from my other pack, to quicken the process. But to actively work on this pack again seems like a longshot. I'm rather enjoying working on CubicLife, KDS Photo Realism and Wastelandcraft.

Unless you have any suggestions?

What's the status for this texture pack being updated for Minecraft 1.1? It has been available.

Look. If you're planning to use the spawn eggs in creative then please be patient.
If you're not, then continue using the 1.0 version. That's the only difference.

Until then. Just wait.
