Can someone make a download for the original texture pack for me?

how do you have so many posts, yet lack the knowledge of obtaining the default texture pack?

delete minecraft.jar > load up the game so it automatically restores the default minecraft.jar > open with winrar archiver > extract whatever textures you need/want.

I know how to, but don't you need all the files for a texture pack? I can't find all of them.

They're all there, man. gui, mobs, particles, etc, etc

what are you looking for specifically?

So do I just look for all the .png files, and upload the folder's they are in to my .texturepacks folder, then edit it? If so, thank-you for the help.

Okay, I can't find the .png I need the most, the one with the block types.

Terrain.png is what you need. It's in minecraft.jar, not in any sub-folder.

Here I made a Pack that is Just like the default.. It has the Terrain and theentire template
