Is it just me or is the texture pack not meant for long distance views? I can't describe it well so I'm just gonna post a picture.
Before you ask, yes I did use the HD patcher (but it never asked me to select a texture pack, it just patched for all HD Textures, Fonts, and Better Grass.)

What you are observing is parallax from the converging lines of the blocks. This is always present, but is extra noticeable because you've selected stone blocks (whose outlines stand out), and because everything is in one flat plane. You'd see the same effect on any texture pack that has block outlines, but it becomes less pronounced as contrast between outline and base color drops. It's not so noticeable with grass tiles, for example.

Thanks, I guess I'll do my testing and playing on a flat grass world.
My friend sent me the download link for this... and I believed for a LOOOONG time that it was a 128X128 texture pack! O.O one of the best tp ever made.
Its a great looking pack, bt theres one problem, you forgot samus. how could you? samus is more famous then half the nes sprites there, its like having a party, and not having cake, its the third best thing and shouldnt be left out, its the cake without the sugar, its the car without the steering wheel, its the phone without the speaker, its something you should add next chance you get.

I did try to get some Metroid ones, but I remember some sort of artistic issues popping up, like Samus was rendered in too few colors, or her sprite was a funny size or something.
I actually like the original Tronic from Evil Mouse Studios better, because of the simplicity. I don't think there ever was a need to make a revamp, because the pack was absolutely PERFECT!
I like my texture's noisy, but those do look amazing!
