Ok, so I downloaded the zip file to my desktop and dragged it into the Minecraft texture packs folder, yet when I start up Minecraft, and go to the Texturpacks section, and click on the installed pack, then start up single player or multiplayer, the texture is the default. What did I do wrong in installing this texture pack? Please reply, this texture pack looks awesome, and I'm anxious to try it out!

Oh ok, thanks! Just a question, the only difference between the TR v8 (Invisi-Armor) and the Tronic_Revamped_Pack_v8 is that the first one has the see-through armor correct?

Sorry for all these questions, but I have another one :biggrin.gif:. Ok, so I tried out the invisi armor, but I now want to actually see the armor, but whenever I try to use the one that's not invisi armor the texture pack doesn't even work. I'm not sure why, is it possible you could help me out?

One of the limitations of the HD Texture Patcher is that it has to copy the texture pack you install to the main minecraft.jar file. This basically prevents you from switching between normal armor and invisi-armor, because whatever pack you texture patched is the pack that is being run all the time. I have probably not made this very clear in my readme.
To install normal armor, just restore your minecraft.jar backup (or delete minecraft.jar and have the game download it again for you), and run the HD Texture Patcher using the other version of Tronic Revamped.
Best. ****ing. Texture Pack. I've always gone for the realistic looking packs. But then i came accross this. Simplicity at its finest. I threw realism out the window, put my head back into the game and realized its minecraft, and put this on for supremacy. Keep up the work, think of ideas for pistons soon.
Changelog:
- Added shears.
- Added new texture for fishing rod without fishing line.
- Added pistons!
- I noticed the new Silverfish mob texture, but since it's presently unused, I have not included it.
- Moved cake and bed textures downwards to match new texture alignment.
So, I've patched and copied the Tronic Revamped v9 folder into my minecraft texture pack folder, but when I select the texture pack within the minecraft app, nothing changes.

Damn, I screwed up. I zipped the folder instead of the files inside the folder. The download is fixed now, thanks for that. If you don't want to redownload, just zip up the contents of the folder you've copied.

Don't worry about it, I do that all the time. Thanks for the fix.
WOW for people who suffer from fps issues , this really does help a lot. Waiting for optimine to come out for 1.7.2 cause that should seal the deal :biggrin.gif:
You forgot this step:
Download Tronic Revamped v8b

Read the original post, there is a short paragraph under the screenshots that tells you what you need to do.
