I would be as well. I love this pack, and I wish someone would carry it on after 1.0.
I would only do so if I were able to obtain permission.
A note for anyone who is thinking about doing a fan continuation. I don't mean to be a **** but I WILL report any continuations that do not provide proof of permission. Because Ashley is a professional graphic artist and not just a hobbiest it is imperative that her work is protected.
Hey Dr. K, just had a suggestion for the 1.0.0 release, if you were interested;
would you consider making stage 3 Netherwart have a different shade of color than stage 1 and 2? They are surprisingly annoying to distinguish from each other, and if they worked like grown wheat does, it would make them a lot easier to deal with. Thanks, either way!
IMPORTANT! Go through the instructions and read them first! This is an HD texture pack that requires the MCpatcher (http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=1021&t=252531) to work. This pack works, so any issues you have with crashes are involved with the patcher and/or your computer.
A Minecraft texture pack in the style of Gearbox Software's Borderlands.
I plan on iterating on these textures so feedback is very much appreciated. Let me know what you think through comments and/or email. This is the first version.
There will be a version with Borderlands items and Borderlands characters for mobs (skag pig anyone?).
-Cleaning your installation (DO THIS FIRST!) This is also how you can uninstall if the need arises.
1. Hit Windows Key + R to open the Run console.
2. Type in and enter the following: %appdata%/.minecraft/
3. That should open a folder, in that folder delete the bin and texturepacks folders.
4. Run Minecraft and let it patch. When that's done, close Minecraft.
-Installing the texture pack
1. Save my pack's zip file and the latest version of MCPatcher to your desktop.

So sorry to hear about the loss of your Grandfather. I lost my Grandmother a couple years ago and I know how terrible it feels. Good luck on the move and I look forward to your new update.

Whoa, fancy meeting you here...
OT: This isn't the final update. There will be updates past 1.0.0 that add new items.

Yeah, I know. I just figured I'd make a request, if she hadn't already done it. Netherwart has a slightly different shade, but its SO subtle is almost indistinguishable. I was hoping she might make it more distinct, whenever she has the time to get around to finishing up. Not that it really matters, but I figured I would put it out there.
This is my most heavily used texture pack! I absolutely love! I hope when you have time, you will update this texture pack Doc! Thank you so much! :smile.gif:
UPDATEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
PS: WHY "You can make 10 more posts today. This restriction is in place until you have 4 more approved posts"?
Because you are obviously new and need 4 posts to be approved by people otherwise you can only post a certain amount of posts
Hey guys, I was just fiddling around with some stuff, and came to a pretty neat conclusion. Endstone is cobblestone that has had its colors inverted, lightened, and made a shade of yellow. I fiddled around with Dr. K's cobblestone, and I was able to recreate the effect. Anyone who has been fiddling around making makeshift 1.0.0 versions while we wait for Dr. K, you can apply this to your pack with photoshop or Gimp or whatever you are using, and it actually looks really good, or at least, I thought it did. Now, if you are really slick, you will be able to incorporate it into the End Portals, which very clearly have Endstone in them as well!
Honestly, this is my absolute favorite texture pack. Sadly, none of my friends agree (pbbt, Dokucraft fanboys). It's so unique without altering everything past the point of recognition.
I can't wait until this gets updated. Finding a worthy replacement is tiring. A billion thanks for such a beautiful texture pack.
Nah, nah. I merely took Dr. K's astounding artwork, Jeb/Notch's concept on endstone, and added them together! I was surprised how decent it looked in practice though! I was looking around for any others that could be jury-rigged in the meantime, but the closest I saw was the enchanting table. Netherbricks are actually completely unique, not a reskin of any of the other brick types, so they were a no-go as well, though I'm sure they wouldn't look too bad.
Actually . . . lets go see!
. . . 40 minutes later . . .
Okay, I got two Netherbrick variants I made, one based on brick and one based on stone brick. I like the clay brick variant better, but to each their own.

I did too! And it is indeed a very nice texture pack! Please update it to 1.0.0 soon.

No error report = no help, simple
If you can't be bothered to read back a few pages for your answer don't bother to post.
