Did I do something wrong? All my mobs look invisible. Two of my wolfies died now..

*High pitched Simon voice* Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
*Lewis* Watch out there is a creeper behind you.
*Simon* Look at the little piggy!
*Lewis* WATCH OUT! CREEPER!
*Simon* What? Where?
*Lewis* Behind y-(sssssssssssplosion)
*Simon* Dammit.
I downloaded the latest 128x128 one, supposedly with the Redstone fixed, but it doesn't seem to be. :sad.gif:
I have the most recent 128x128 AND 64x64, and redstone is fixed in both.

I don't know what could have gone wrong, but it sounds you may have done something wrong. Do you have any mods influencing animals? A standard installation of the most recent version will correctly display mobs, including wolves.

for some reason once i installed this texture pack my mine craft has become too "laggy" to play, i love this art style so if anyone has any idea of how i could fix the lag issue that would be great
Try the 64x64 version. That should show a significant improvement over 128x128. You have to realize that a high res texture pack displays a much larger number of pixels per block . . . a normal texture only shows 256 per side. 64x64 shows 4096, and 128x128 shows 16384.
Thats why a lot of people want 32x32 packs . . . the load on their system would be much less.
what i found out is that when i placed down a torch there was like this tiny white black that was in the upper right corner a little bit away from the torch in the texture pack and it even shows up when your holding the torch
i really like this pack but sadly my laptop is too slow for a 64x texture pack, though i have no problems with a 32x. do you think you could make a 32x version please? it would be great thank you

Would it be possible to create a 32x32 version?
And to all the other people who keep asking for 32x32 versions . . .

can u please make a 32x32 or 16x16 version of this texture pack my computer cant handle it and i really like it thannks
As of now, I think I'm going to have to say, no (Especially to 16x16). I don't think the textures are going to look recognizable. I didn't design it to go down to a quarter of the resolution. Someone did size everything down to 32x32 and they posted the link in this thread. Around page 17, I believe.
Dr. K is currently not planning to make a 32x32 because the textures would be so scaled down it wouldn't be recognizable. As she mentioned, someone made a custom 32x32, but I warn, it really will lose a lot of the charm.
I saw people asking for 32x32 textures... is it wrong to ask for a 256x256 one?
I'm not rushing xD I would like to see it even when it's preety much done.
Oh and if you could make the health and armor bar like squares or something? because i like my health being well understood if that makes any sense xD
Preety Please? You'll get a hug from a nice

I can't speak for Dr. K, but I have a feeling that the health/armor is unlikely to happen. These health bars are directly taken from Borderlands, much like most of the HUD, so its part of the feel. I suppose its possible that when she makes the second version (the "more" Borderlandsy version) she may divide something like that.
Personally, I would be unhappy if she changed the health meters . . . I like them this way.

It's a mistake in the terrain.png file. Just open up the terrain.png file that is in the texture pack and erase our that tiny pixel. It's a simple fix that most people can accomplish in no time at all, just make sure not to use a program like Microsoft's Pain program as it doesn't support transparencies and will just mess up the whole terrain.png file when you put it back in place.

Well if someone has made a custom 32x32 could you share the link with me please?
I know it's been a while since I posted an update. Sorry about that. :/
Since it's been so long, I thought that I should post something on what's going on. It's gotten VERY busy at work lately. We've got a lot to prepare for (you can mostly blame E3 ^^:wink.gif: so it might be a while before I get the chance to update again. Or at least before I get to create new content (like the Borderlands version and adding paintings). I will keep the pack up to date with the game itself, i.e. if Notch makes more changes that make the pack incompatible.
I just can't do much right now. I apologize for the delay and thank you guys for being so patient!

Add me to the list for people wanting 256x256. The 128x128 one looks amazing, but higher would make it awsome! =D
Again, great work Dr.K!
I dont know what's wrong with this texture-pack but when i put it in my Minecraft my Minecraft stop's working! Any ideas what i have to do to make it work? BTW IT LOOKS AWESOME ON THOSE PICTURES! LOVE IT!
