1. Not everyone knows how texture packs work.
2. The best way to let a busy developer know about an unnoticed glitch in her work is to politely let her know. If she is really busy, she may not get a chance to find it herself!
3. Apparently, there was actually a major issue with multiple texture packs since the last update, causing many of them to display a redstone issue. There was a texture for it in the code, but some other issue caused it to display incorrectly.

The "other issue" was simply that it uses two new tiles (directly below the normal redtone tiles) for an overlay. Even though I discovered the bug and the fix for it within an hour of 1.5's release, a lot of texture pack makers didn't know about the issue because an overzealous mod gave me a one-day ban for another issue and then ignored my appeal (in fact, it still hasn't been responded to, 8 days later). So texture packs got updated and released without this knowledge, though I could have got the word out if I'd been able to post.
So that basically showed me that the best interests of the actual community are not what the mods seem most interested about. Great job, Alblaka - your decision set back the progress of the texture packs by more than a week.

i tried wat the thread said but none of the texture pck versions are working they both crash my game when i try to play, please help me this texture pack looks amazing and id love to use it.

Do you have the most up to date version of the MC Patcher?
Have you cleaned your bin, then used the Patcher AFTER doing so?
Have you put the Bordercraft pack in the texture pack folder?
This is probably one of the only texture packs i use that doesn't have something i don't like in it, and doesn't bug me. I usually get tired of whatever pack i'm using, but i can keep this one on forever and never get tired of it. Absolutely perfect in every way, you deserve

Absolutely love the texturepack! Although there is no way to fully capture borderland's iconic art direction, you did a great job imitating it, and this is by far my favorite texturepack.

Snow covered dirt still uses the old dirt texture.

64 version is having the pixel issues. I'll do my best to rectify this by the next update.
