How do I make a Texture Pack(32x32)?

Hey guys! i want to make a texture pack but i don't know how! if someone could help me i would be very grateful. I would like it a 32x32.

yea i wouldn't mind knowing how to either :/. I know how to make 16*16 just not 32*32

same as 16x16 except either use a 32x pack as a base or resize the terrain.png to 512x512. and make sure you don't use the default paint that comes with your computer. use paint.net http://www.getpaint.net.
