I have spent ages on a nex tex pack im making and when i try it out there is black all round flowers and mushrooms and leves! Like this:
How can I make it better?

And don't just use an app that support transparency, actually use transparent pixels around non-full-tile textures. In PS erase them, in GIMP or Paint.net I'm unsure how you remove them. Google knows.
