What happened!?!

My texture was working fine and then BAM.

It went silly, and the tops of my furnaces are purple and trees are somewhat purple.
What blocks of the Terrain.png do I have to edit?

How do you manage to make a texture pack and not realize there are new blocks and furnace top with this update?
