i am suing the photo realism 256x256. All fine, but the glass is not to see. I think it has to be this way, but i don´t like it. How can i change only this texture of the glass?

Ive been seeing white blurs on grass and when I press "T" That goes away...But I cant always have the chat on....Also im seeing portal and fire particles on stone and grass blocks. I stood up hours and nothing! This is for the LB RPG and the original Realism 64x and 128x.

Install Optifine or patch your Minecraft with McPatcher.

Just disable connected textures. If you still want to change the texture, you can do so with GIMP or any other imaging software.
The good ones first: Yeah! with Minecraft 1.5 it finally supports HD texture natively.
And now the Bad news: Mojang decided to make everything different (what a surprise) and your actual version of your packs are broken.
They show some parts in HD but most are the fall back default graphics. which makes it looks like this:
Please fix / update it.
It's broken because 1.5 uses different texture format. They no longer use terrain.png. Now they use separate pngs for each block.
Do you see that, Scuttles? Download pre-1.5 jar and look at new "textures" folder for an example.
About the new Quartz block. I heard they are very similar to marble. I hope that helps you finding the texture for it.

Oh, in my opinion, that sounds so much better. We can place the textures in each png's without having to worry about the missplacing of it, in another block of the sides.

What is the difference? They are both photo realism texture packs.

Sounds good to me. I may get an official PE versions going someday.
I've seen some really impressive things with those shaders even though I don't use them either.
