Can you post the steps you had to take to get sonics shaders to work with this TP? Thank you in advance!
Well i use a heavily modified version, but what you need really is to delete any water_flowing.png and water_still.png, add lightmap0.png, lightmap1.png and lightmap-1.png to the environment folder, and make the 5 water blocks in the terrain.png purple colour.
I'm having a problem with this texture pack, I've tried 64x64 and 128x128, and they both give me the same type of problem. Any idea what could be wrong?
also the mobs do not have lb textures. so its mobs, water and lava.
I went into the mobs folder and found all the textures done. The water and lava are animations, so you need too install optifine or use mcpatcher for the water and lava.
In Magic Launcher, there is a setup button on top of thhe login and options button, then click the right tab and scan through for the options.

Thanks for the help mate.

I got 8gb, and i'm running a server and gaming on the same pc. cpu is 2500k, gpu is gtx670ftw
What does your fps range from? I'm using the same shaders and texture pack with an almost identical computer build. I've read there were people running the shaders at 80fps with weaker cards (gtx 660ti) but I only seem to get 25fps around jungles and 50fps everywhere else.

It's normal to drop in jungles, especially if you have trees:fancy + waving leaves. I have adaptive vsync on so i don't know about the max fps, but it never drops below 60, except in jungle. It also depends a lot on your shaders settings, for example i removed vignette, increased shadow distance from 90 to 150, and some other minor tweaks.
Just a heads up, the 13w02a snapshot and up now have individual image files. So even if the texture pack is not fully updated (after it first updates to 13w02a or higher) the textures not in the TP will use default textures. Thought it was worth sharing.
Either/Or, they do the same but Optifine adds more things. I use both because I like what MC Patch has to offer and handles some things that Optifine has that I disable.
I'm pretty sure Optifine removes more things for better performance, MCPatcher adds more graphical features with the possibility of more lag - depending on your computer. Optifine also has most of the graphical features MCPatcher has but not all, and it renders things like ctm differently from MCPatcher.
If it's ment to look like that then sorry for wasting your time, if not, is there a way to fix it? It becomes difficult to see what you're doing when working with alot of glass like the dome in the picture.
I dont know if anyone said this before but as I was using the 64 pack I realy LOVED the new armour textures, but when upgrading to 128 pack the armour is back as before, dident try the others packs yet but just to let you know that you have to update the 128 pack with the new armour textures.
I love the look of the texture pack. Unfortunately, I am having trouble downloading the links. I have tried to use the mediafire and rapid share links on the front page, but for some reason they say the files no longer exist. Is this the case?

I'm having the same problem sir, one tells me that the file doesn't exist, and the other times out.

That's a normal problem with the glass texture. It could be fixed if Scuttles add transparent smears or stuff on the glass. The glass looks like it was bathed in Windex.

How much memory do you have and what's you graphics card/processor?

Unfortunately, you're stuck on the bottom...amongst the bones of the stupid.

OK, that's why I have to add more memory: I have a GTS 450. Need to SERIOUSLY upgrade my memory and nVidia Graphics Card.

P.S. Best texture pack I ever used.

edit: the 256 pack also needs the armour updated
