Nice, I need to try out the RPG pack again. I'm just so used to Photo Realism. Sorry about jumping the gun on the jungle tree thing, I guess I lost track of when they were implemented and I don't really spend a lot of time in them.
All good. I procrastinate with everything except the terrain.png when it comes to those "snapshots". I do have texture placeholders if you want me to post an update for it. The leaves are the old version from a long time ago and I actually just finished working on the bark
Oh dear... I just realized that I hadn't updated the x512 pack yet. =/
I remembered that I was at my girlfriends house (who's internet is quite bad) and the upload was constantly failing. Then I just forgot about it.
Just looking around, it seems that everyone's mediafire links through adf.ly are now broken . . . maybe we'll have to upload our files through another website, eh?
Alright. I'm getting REAL irritated with Mediafire... The links for me as of right now, but I'm not sure about people without Mediafire accounts. So please let me know.
Updated 512x is out!! Let's see how well it runs for me with Sonic's unbelievable shadows.
Whoo, it is still playable enough for me to play it even I get fps dips to 20s. Motion blur helps smoothen it out.
I got some good pics. The side grass looks drier.

I read that. :biggrin.gif: I have changed my Java memory to max 3G. But it's still white. The weird part is that it worked fine until today. Without modifications on the Java memory. Anyway, I downloaded the 128 version, and all is good. :biggrin.gif: Thank you for your answer ! ^^
And thank you for an awesome texture pack, Scuttles !
I bet you have 32bit Windows. It seems to happen more to people with 32bit Windows. Get 64bit Windows then install java 64bit version, then all the out of memory problems with 256x will be gone. Why don't you try the batch file? 32bit Windows are terrible with java memory allocation.

...I'll get on uploading that right now.
I think Mediafire decided to change all of the links for some dumbass reason. Now I get the joy of going around and changing that....
Essentially they added "download.php" to all of their new links or else it just redirects you back to the main page...
Does this work? http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?54c10dqne6av8vm
Edit:
And yes, lol
Pokings are definitely in order.
And while I'm asking questions, do you mind if I borrow some of your textures for a pack I'm throwing together for a mod?
Here's the x512: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?tq7ln43ufigvrnz
I honestly do not mind as long as you give proper credit. :wink.gif:
keep in mind that I have a few textures still used from other artists so check the bottom of the main post to see where some textures belong.
When i click on SKIP AD to download the texture pack, this opens http://www.mediafire.com/
