I don't suppose that after Industrial Craft 2 you couldn't do Red Power 2, I know both of these are really well loved. Also, it looks like Computer Craft is Mincraft Forums by storm, so If it's not too much trouble, could you get working on those, Thanks. I love the look of the LB Photo Realism.
Skuttles has stated previously that he will not create textures for any game altering mods, only mods that change aesthetic things.
GLSL updated to V1.1.0, but my entire screen gets filled up with single colors with the Shader files you provided (http://dl.dropbox.co.../LB/shaders.zip). Without using them, everything is displayed correctly.. Is there something wrong with the files now since GLSL is at V1.1.0 ???

Don't use the shader files in the OP, they are outdated and were for the previous version of GLSL. Use the terrain_nh and terrain_s files, shove them in the compressed texture pack, but for getting the bumpmapping to work, go to the GLSL thread, read the wiki, and install the appropriate alternate shaders (There should be some in your .Nitrous folder, which can be found in the same place as your .minecraft folder, that contain bump and specular mapping.

Also, 1.1 added no new textures. The TP does not need to be updated for it to run on 1.1

It's not the texture pack, just update your Minecraft with either MCpatcher or Optifine (still in the process of upgrading to 1.1, but getting there).

Looks a little off with those shaders, can't wait until they're updated for this texture pack.
Scuttles, I've really enjoyed your x256 pack, it is really well done. I tried to download the x512 LB RPG pack and, after putting the zip in my Textures file, minecraft only goes to some brown dirt wall screen instead of the main menu. any tips? also, i dont know where to put that .bat file. I run a rather decent windows 7 computer.

You need to configure the bumpmapping to the size texture pack you have.
The Alternate Shaders section of the wiki contains many shaders that include bumpmapping, but for instructions on how to properly use it, go to the Bumpmapping section of the wiki. And BTW, there is a 1.1 preview version of Optifine available.
Though I will also note that I'm not liking the files in the alternate shaders folder within the .Nitrous folder. It seems to me that none of them actually have bumpmapping based off the previous code, but Dax may have changed the way his bumpmapping works. I will have to investigate.
And yes, all shaders on that wiki will work for every update, unless there is a major graphics one. The shader installer makes all the necessary changes to keep them backwards compatible.

Hey there Scuttles, just wanted to give some feedback about the RPG pack. I'd very much like you to continue this further, it's very nice. First off, I really love the new cobble and wood textures, although sometimes I want the original wood texture back(possible alt. texture for normal or reverse?). Anyway, I like the inventory menu as well, very cool. Anyhow, I won't go into detail about each textures, but those changes I noticed most. I do have some suggestions for the pack as well though. When you make the tools, I'd suggest different textures, specifically swords and picks. For swords, I thought maybe swords like these:
I figured the diamond sword could stay the same, same with stone maybe. Not sure what those would be. I'd suggest more,but I haven't played around with it much though.
I wasn't a big fan of broadswords so that's the reason why I stuck with the typical longsword which are fairly narrow in real life.
Does this work with the current version of Minecraft? I only ask because when I added this texture pack before (highest res) back before the game got to 1.0, it worked fine. Now even on the "mid level" textures it lags my computer to end for some reason. And yes I did change the Java stuff.

This actually could be a variety of reasons. I'd first start out with getting a fresh install of Minecraft and then repatching or reinstalling optifine depending on how you got the HD pack running.
Unfortunately, with every update, more things are added into the game. Which means the HD packs get to add more high resolution content which reflects to a higher memory intensive game.

I'll try with a fresh install and see how it runs. Of course the level I am loading is pretty massive. lol

Skuttles has stated previously that he will not create textures for any game altering mods, only mods that change aesthetic things.
Don't use the shader files in the OP, they are outdated and were for the previous version of GLSL. Use the terrain_nh and terrain_s files, shove them in the compressed texture pack, but for getting the bumpmapping to work, go to the GLSL thread, read the wiki, and install the appropriate alternate shaders (There should be some in your .Nitrous folder, which can be found in the same place as your .minecraft folder, that contain bump and specular mapping.
Should run it fine.
Also, 1.1 added no new textures. The TP does not need to be updated for it to run on 1.1
When is it going to be updated to 1.0 or 1.1? because I can't see the water after updating MC to 1.1 :sad.gif:
the default texture pack is simply ridiculous comparing to this one, and I can't play with it.
Hm...if/when you update it for 1.1.0, maybe I'll give it a try to see if it's not too much.
It's not the texture pack, just update your Minecraft with either MCpatcher or Optifine (still in the process of upgrading to 1.1, but getting there).
Looks a little off with those shaders, can't wait until they're updated for this texture pack.

I copied the files in the bump-mapping folder, located at '.Nitrous\mods\com.daxnitro.shaders\alternative shader', but it did nothing different from the default shaders.
On the wiki, it talks about other alternative shaders, like this.
In default is CelShading + HighQualityBlur + CrossProcess DISABLED (final.fsh), Bumpmapping is optimized for 128 tile size (tweakable in gbuffers_terrain.fsh)
REQUIRES CURRENT SHADERS VERSION! (2.1.0+) AND OPTIFINE INSTALLED

I presume this is what you were talking about, but Optifine isn't at 1.1 yet. Would it still even work once Optifine is at V1.1 though??
You need to configure the bumpmapping to the size texture pack you have.
The Alternate Shaders section of the wiki contains many shaders that include bumpmapping, but for instructions on how to properly use it, go to the Bumpmapping section of the wiki. And BTW, there is a 1.1 preview version of Optifine available.
Though I will also note that I'm not liking the files in the alternate shaders folder within the .Nitrous folder. It seems to me that none of them actually have bumpmapping based off the previous code, but Dax may have changed the way his bumpmapping works. I will have to investigate.
And yes, all shaders on that wiki will work for every update, unless there is a major graphics one. The shader installer makes all the necessary changes to keep them backwards compatible.
I literally doubted myself, redownloaded the packs, and checked everything just to give your statement a chance.

So far I think 1.1 only added 1-2 textures. None of them actually too vital so the 1.0 version of this pack works perfectly fine.

The spawner eggs are located in the creative mode inventory at the bottom.
The texture for them I mean. The eggs always seem to come up invisible.
