In regards to the x512 LB RPG Realism, my Minecraft runs out of memory. It says to download the .bat file, but I have no clue where to put it.. Any suggestions? >_<

Okay so I'm trying to run the 128x128 texture pack, and I'm using mcpatcher or whatever, but when I run the game the only HD things are the clouds, the sun, the moon, the animals, and my hotbar/inventory. Help please?
EDIT: Oh and everything that isn't HD now looks like solid white and varying shades of green.

I had that problem once. It may be that the 128 isn't compatible with 1.8, but I think it still is. Try getting a fresh .jar file and repatching. It worked for me.
hey i need some help figuring out the bump mapping. how do i get it into my game? i cant find help for it anywhere.
Sorry this took a bit long, I had completely forgotten about seeing this post for a while. Bumpmapping is a part of the GLSL shader pack, which is currently non-compatible with 1.8.

I tried, didn't work. Don't worry though. Using Dokucraft now, I'm good. (btw it uses the MCPatcher too and it works fine so it must be a problem with the pack.)
thanx for the confirmation...guess i could of done it the long way and taken out the chest from the terrain, but my friends and i werent 100% sure. and i like that, clears up space in the terrain for other awesomeness
Great pack, both the higher res versions and the 16x version look nice. The only thing I think could be done better is the cobblestone and stone in the 16x pack - They look too much like each other and are not easily distinguishable. :smile.gif:

Almost everything is too abstract. Luckily, blocks aren't! Finished CTM maps: Lethamyr
I'm not sure what the problem is here.
Here is a screen shot.
I just did fresh install of Minecraft, OptiFine_1.8.1_HD_MT_A, & LB Photo Realism x64 Compressed. [In that order]
Doesnt show the water? but it shows bubbles..
Also, dont know what is going on with the little icon on the blocks. looks like a little fire picture lol.
Anyways, any help would be apprecaited.
Thanks.
EDIT:
Just removed the OptiFine & am using MCPatcher instead.
Works fine now.
Had the same thing happen to me. It happens after minecraft patches and puts the meta-inf folder back in and removes all the OptiFine files. All you need to do is delete meta-inf again, put the OptiFine folders back in and then it should work from there. You don't need mcpatcher that way, but you'll have to delete meta-inf etc every time it updates.
are you going to make a 512X for LB photo realism? i know you have one for the rpg pack. but i like the photo realism pack better. not that there is any thing wrong with the rpg pack.
:\ I can't get the 512x to work. I'm not sure if im not giving the game enough memory, or what.. If I did it right, your supposed to go to java and put the Runtime Parameters to -Xmx?m. I have it set to -Xmx8192m, should be more than enough. But I don't think im doing it right. Can someone help? :biggrin.gif:

How much RAM to you have on your computer? You cannot allocate all of it to Minecraft. Do you have the 64-bit version of Java or the 32-bit version? I forgot what the upper limit of the 32-bit version is but its around 2-3G. Also try using the .bat file that is on the front page and put it where your minecraft.exe file is you are still going to have to edit the file but it is what I did and it worked. If your using a Mac OS I cant help you.

That's because Scuttles haven't add chest.png and largechest.png yet.
^ To which I thought:
Because I looked at the pack's terrain.png and there are HD chest textures in there.
MC doesn't take chest from terrain.png anymore.
