I do not know if this is something I have done wrong or if it is the texture packs fault but when I put down a chest and I can see it but when i put down a double chest it just turns white like this:
That is a very interesting error indeed. I can't seem to replicate it, unfortunately. Have you tried repatching to see if that fixes it?
Well, I'm a little sad now. no hearts in hardcore.
But regardless it will come in time.
I'm loving this pack the 128x I run around 100 FPS.
need to test the 256 to see how that goes
I'll have to look into the changes for hardcore. The hearts may be disable to prevent the player from seeing how much health they have. Hence, "hardcore". ;D
You should be able to run the x256 quite fine with that fps on the x128. Personally, I love to use optifine with the mipmapping for best results.
This is what it looks like:

If the color is intended like that I will have to rebuild my entire house (which already took a lot of work) somewhere else than in a swamp... this looks horrible :unsure.gif:
That is... brutal. =S
I think that has to do with the biomes itself. I'll try my best to hopefully get that working.
I thought it was the new grass blocks on the side of the terrain.png, but that may be the "mushroom" biome. Irritating...
I really do wish I could use this on it's full potential but my game won't even show the starting screen if I do max XD
btw when you shrink your work into smaller resolutions make sure that the pixels are full. I see a lot of transparency and that doesn't work out in games. 32x is a bit buggy because of that very reason
My screen resolution on a windows Xp is 1680 by 1050 pixels. I'm not really sure what resolution pack i should use. Can some one suggest something?
The resolution of the texture packs have nothing to do with your computer's resolution. For example, a 128x pack means every block in Minecraft will be 128 pixels across and 128 pixels up and down. Which pack you should choose depends on how powerful your computer is. For example, if I try to run the 256x pack, my minecraft will simply crash and close because my computer's not powerful enough for it.
So choose whichever one you want, and if your computer can't handle it, downgrade one pack.
Pre-Release 1.9 v3 have a lot of RPG stuff in. I think Notch went little crazy with RPG stuff. It doesn't feel minecrafty much anymore imo. It feels like Elder Scrolls: Minecraft Edition. However LB RPG Realism texture pack would be better choice than LB Photo Realism due to new RPG elements.
I'm not sure what the problem is here.
Here is a screen shot.
I just did fresh install of Minecraft, OptiFine_1.8.1_HD_MT_A, & LB Photo Realism x64 Compressed. [In that order]
Doesnt show the water? but it shows bubbles..
Also, dont know what is going on with the little icon on the blocks. looks like a little fire picture lol.
Anyways, any help would be apprecaited.
Thanks.
EDIT:
Just removed the OptiFine & am using MCPatcher instead.
Works fine now.
Which files/folders am I supposed to drop into the texturepacks folder?
I tried putting the entire extracted folder from the zip in there, I also opened the folder and just copied everything in there as is. Neither one worked.
Thanks!
Edit: I got it....I just looked a few posts up and there was my answer.
I just skipped over it on accident, sorry.
does anyone know why this texture pack does not show water and most cubes have a small flame animation in them?
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
A spider conducts operations that resemble those of a weaver, and a bee puts to shame many an architect in the construction of her cells. But what distinguishes the worst architect from the best of bees is this, that the architect raises his structure in imagination before he erects it in reality.
This is officially my favorite texture pack! I love it!
Suggestions
1. Make the life meter something other than circles
2. Add more detail to the furnace & chests
3. Either change the pig or put it to minecraft default, I don't really like the look of it
Other than that, it's awesome! I will definitely be using this as my default texture for now.

Curse PremiumEdit; Got it working on the first try today, must have been down for maintenance, thanks for replying though. =-)
Thank you sir. I shall enjoy that rep. ^^

I'll look at it. It was suppose to say that the compressed versions are not quite 1.8 compatible yet.
True enough sir. Couldn't have said it better myself, Els. :wink.gif:
Mods will come in due time. I try to incorporate mods that create an aesthetically enhanced experience more often that other mods.

AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PS: this is for the x256 pack
1. no texture for rotten flesh
2. no texture for potion icons (thats what i think they are. look at inventory.png)
3. (my opinion) the char.png and cavespider.png look really bad.
4. cant get it to work. HELP!!!!! (using mac) what do i use??? (hd texture fix doesn't work, not hd patcher, but hd texture fix.
THNX!!!!!
Did you wait 5 seconds and skip ad? If you did, the texture pack is not a virus and you should consider getting a better firewall.
And I've never had a complaint with your work before :ohmy.gif:

Use the HDPatcher.
