If only it were that simple. Having done all this I can use every other HD Pack i can find, but not LB Photo Realism 128x128 and UP. JAVA crashes with the following report:

Alright, so it turns out that MSI overclocks the card out of the box, or at least the specs are higher than the reference card. I lowered the speeds back down to the reference card and it's working fine now. I tested it with FurMark first and then ran Minecraft. I didn't bother running FurMark with the manufacturer's specs. It's pretty much a brand new card and hasn't been used much for gaming since it is a work computer.
Thanks for the help.
@Scuttles:
As far as the texture packs go, great work, I think they look fantastic. I hope you do a x512 version of the photo realistic ones because I prefer them over the RPG. Keep up the great work!
OptiFine broke my minecraft and now it wont load at all. I had to delete the files and redo everything. GUI AP had no change still crashes to desktop when using Photo Realism 128x128 or higher. Again this only happens with Photo Realism

Follow these instructions:
1) Edit the minecraft.jar file and delete the Meta Folder.
2) Using MC Patcher, install modloader and Zan's Minimap.
3) Open Notepad and copy and paste the following:
Change the amount listed for Xmx to HALF of your RAM and save as minecraft.bat
4) Place newly created batch file into .minecraft folder and run batch file.
5) If it gives an error message, post it AND the contents of the modloader.txt file as a spoiler so I can see what's causing the problem.

My Minecraft has been patched, but when running the .bat file (or just the regular method) the texture pack (in .zip in the right folder) is black and white and doesn't work. My computer could easily handle it. Any reason for this? I'm trying to use the 512x512, by the way.
----
Edit: Okay, I figured out why that wasn't working, stupid mistake on my part. However, I get the "out of memory error"
Here are my PC specs, it should be able to handle this easily.
CPU: AMB Phenom II Six-Core 1090T 3.20GHz
RAM: 8GB
Windows: 64-bit
GPU: GeForce GTX 360 (4095MB)
Edit Again, allocated 4096 and it works now.
Edit again! It only works when I "Test Minecraft" with MCPatcher, the normal .exe doesn't work, or the .bat file.

No, no. You don't put the batch file in .minecraft folder. You put it in desktop along with minecraft launcher jar or exe. You can install mods with MCpatcher. Just press + and add mods then patch.
I'm working on the final touches of the terrain.png for the RPG pack today as well as an improved GUI for the Realism pack. Should be pretty awesome to see if I can get x512 wildgrass working. Well, that's what my testers are for.
Thank you everyone for sticking around and I hope I can get some major progress this week for you guys. ^^

Do you have the executable jar file that can be downloaded from http://www.minecraft.net/download.jsp in the same folder as the .bat file?
I do, but it does nothing... the batch file that is.
D'OH! Have to place it into the .minecraft folder. Now it worked.

Only Zan's Mini Map, MOD loader, and HD Patcher
Try adding Optifine. If it still crashes, then you need GUI API from here:

And here's Optifine:
