So after playing around with the 512 Texture Pack for a bit, I noticed this in the cobble. Did you mean to make it look like they just had a indented area, or were they suppose to be two separate rocks? I personally think it would look better if they were two separate rocks. Other than that I have not found anything wrong with any of the textures, they all look great. keep up to amazing work as always.

have you guys used the multithread version of optimine? its epic! i get 150fps with the x512 pack lol. i'm spoiled anything less than 60fps annoys me.
I.. uh... what kind of graphics card do you have? I hardly get 30 fps on 16x16... thinking about your performance levels on my comp almost gives me nerdgasms...

Original reference model so it unlocks to 6970.
OptiFine = Name for Optifog and Optimine combined.
I personally voted for TurboCraft, thought it sounded cooler, but OptiFine currently is the most popular.

yea i hav ref but the flash kills the ram. personally i like an oc because it can boost it further but i can't even get the freaking drivers stable with stock clocks... amd drivers suck...
we don't get fancy fog :sad.gif:
btw turn mipmaping on 4x and its awesome. kinda like gsgl shaders back when they were supported on 1.5
also farview uses 40% of my cpu wow. i get 12 fps but with everything under deatils on fast. i wonder if i enabled my 4.5ghz oc if that would help :tongue.gif: i gotta try that later its turned off bc freaking amd drivers were giving me bsod's for like a hour yesterday.
i voted turbocraft too. just sounds cool. but optifine fits..
i didn't even notice the extra performance settings till now.
btw yea 2gb also. did you flash it?

also to give you feedback scuttles is it just me or is the coal a little blue? like i thought it was lapis larazi or something when i first saw it.
with the new x152 it just crashes i don't know if its cause the mc patcher doesn't support x512 or its just to much

AMD Drivers are fantastic, maybe you got a bad card.
Ive had nothing but problems with amd drivers. Well the CCC at least is the shoddiest piece of crapware Ive ever used. Cant even click the apply button because it just flashes the entire time on both of my pcs.
Nvidia's software is so much more streamlined and thanks to a universal driver architecture, all their hardware since like the RivaTNT is compatible with their latest drivers. (Although they disable older ones for some reason, you can just edit them back in the .ini and it'll work fine)
Anyway, what was this thread about again? Oh yeah, Optifine haha.
Edit: and the CCC process uses 1-5% of my cpu at all times for no reason.

They say having WMP running in the background actually improves performance.
Unsure if this goes with other media players.
Maybe I'm a ninja that pops in and out of videos.
