RAM is pretty cheap too, no excuse for not having at least 4GB of RAM.
You could afford it even if you work at McDonalds.
True enough and they are getting significantly cheaper each day. Supposedly within a few years they will have released TB sticks of RAM. Fairly cheap too. Computers amaze me...
I remember a few years back my computer had 256mb of RAM and it was EXTREMELY expensive. Top of the line. ^^
I scoffed at the idea of ever needing a GB of RAM, lol

Install 64bit Java! You have the computer to do it. I don't think it's possible to crash Minecraft with 64bit Java. xD
Sometimes when I play, some of the weapons and whatnot are white squares o.o
Sometimes??? I'm now confused as to finding the source. If it's only occurring sometimes I'm lost for ideas...
I have noticed that it's almost directly related to running out of memory. Check the troubleshoot right above the downloads and follow the instructions on that thread. Hopefully that helps.
I never get the whiteerror things... Mainly because I NEVER run outofmemory..
Oh, And on a side note... I'm in touch with real life, And I'm addicted to minecraft... The perfect combo..
Wow this guy Scuttles is a total tool.. His pack is terribad when it comes to making it properly.. Also many of his textures are stolen from google image search textures.. lol
He calls those who point out his issues idiots and ignores 100s of people telling him his textures don't load properly.. Because he knows very little..
He uses Ad.fly and claims the donations go towards more textures and support, then claims in a later thread it is for his imaginary kids diapers.. Clearly you aren't a very smart person scuttles.. and you have nothing but time on your hands as you reply to every single post.. trolling your own thread.. I think its clear here who the child is.. (The guy using ad.fly and creating textures from google images..)
So glad better pack makers are going above and beyond this pack.. and Mixcraft was not always a 32x texture pack, they also name you as a thief in their thread.. Soo work that out among those who you stole from.. Notch states you must give even the original credit when including in your pack, which you don't.. And since you are Using ad.fly to make money off of stolen textures.. I think its clear you do not belong in the MC texture community..

Wow nice. I think I have that exactly on my main computer. My laptop unfortunately only has 4GB, but still runs the x256 with 40-70FPS
It's over... *head splodes*
O.O
EDIT: Only 2GB though, I'd go with

Darn you...
Lol, forgot to mention welcome back Pazaz. You seem to disappear quite frequently now. XD
It does add a bit of realism to the water dynamics. All I can tell so far that I need to texture is the piping and a few switches potentially.
Minecraft Sucks me into the computer for undetermined amounts of time.
When I'm hungry IRL, I eat Bread in minecraft.
You need to uninstall ALL x86 Java that is installed now though, Before you install the x64 one.
No problem. If their official site becomes a pain in the ass and you keep downloading the 32bit, here's the link I always use. ^^
