I have this texture pack installed and have used the MCPatcher. I had it only patch for the HD Texture and font, however my tools, and half my resources are all blank white textures. I have a fresh install of everything, and the updated MCPatcher ( mcpatcher-2.1.0_01 ), but I am still getting these white boxes instead of items and the ocational memory error. Rarely the world will load but it will be all white. Is there any spiffy thing I need to do to fix this?

mine glitches out and when ever I load the game it crashes...

OK so not only do you use ad.fly.. which if googled shows numerous accounts of containing trojans and malware/adware.. But you call people idiots for bringing an issue to your attention.. The fact is with all mods installed including the render blur and wildgrass the texture pack does not look like the video as stated multiple times in this thread..

Every other developer of these packs can post a link to direct DL, you sir are just a greedy hog, which is cool but I wont be contributing to your ad.fly junk any longer.

I also use AVG, which does not see a trojan, however my chrome addon does tag the ad.fly as a trojan when the "Win a free Ipad" junk came up.. I was not infected as stated before!!! You are critical of my reading skills then have none of your own..

Regardless I have been in the MC community for some time, and have administrated 2 of my own servers with 100+ populations.. I know how to use the new MC patcher and have many other High Res Packs installed.. Your new pack has issues with 1.6.5 and if you don't care to address them then thats perfectly fine by me.. You have shown in the thread that you would rather argue than take advice.. Maybe look up what transparency in certain elements does to a pack and you will find your flaws.. as I did and fixed your pack by altering the errored textures.. I run many mods and the issue is with your pack, the mod loaer, and the new version of the mods required to run your pack as intended..

So yeah.. Ill keep my modified LB pack and leave it in the rotation, but next release if ad.fly is still the only link, I wont DL it any more... be part of the MC community or expect people to comment about your greed here.. Also your post says you post 2 kinds of links yet only the ad/fly is available, maybe you should do some of this reading you claim others do not...

You are mistaken, or posting in the wrong topic. This is a texture pack. It has no code, and therefore cannot break anything. If you're referring to the odd graphics glitch when holding them, that is a bug in MCPatcher. Take it up with the author.

i'm curious what addon on Chrome does this?

Is there any chance you can make textures for PlasticCraft and/or MoreFlowers? Both by TehKrush, and can be found at http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/119361-165-tehkrushs-mods-all-mods-updated/

I expect MoreFlowers would be the biggest impact for the work, as there are only 6 or 7 textures involved and the flowers are generated throughout the world. As opposed to C4 which doesn't seem to grow on trees. :smile.gif:

That was just the glass from the old LBPR version...
It's really just nothing with a black border, easy to edit in if you prefer it.

I kinda like the new glass better...
I think it could use some improvement, not positive how, I just can't put my finger on Uranus it.

Then you don't have enough memory... as the error says.

Increase your Java heap size, and if that fails buy more ram / make sure you have 64-bit OS and JAVA.

When i first found this texture pack, i could only run the x128, and it was a cool pack back then. Now i can run the x256 with my new pc, and it is FLAWLESS! Incredibly nice job, Scuttles!!

(My Specs incase anyone cares)
AMD Phenom II X6 3.30 GHz
8GB Of RAM
Nvidia gtx 460 SE

I'll give you the same responds as your unintelligent buddy over on the other website:

1. You're incompetence is astounding. You have absolutely no idea what
you're talking about and if you really don't have the intelligence to
click "skip ad" in the top right corner, I'm glad that you are not
downloading this pack anymore.

2. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with the textures. It's a well
known fact that the HD patcher is having alot of issues with the new
release of Minecraft. How you "modified" has absolutely no affect. My
items have absolutely no issues as of the latest fix for the HD patcher.
and I haven't touched a single texture. Coincidence?

3. I've taken more advice than you have players on your servers. I love
how you throw out random false statements and pretend like I care. This
pack has grown and thrived of off listening to the people. Why don't you
grow up and start showing some respect.

It's still giving that error on the latest HD patcher? I'm really getting agitated at this. =/

My items got fixed with that new update of the patcher, though. I'll look into the thread and see if he's working on it.

I really hope you are on a 64bit system with 64bit Java. That may have been your issue before.

May just be an issue with the mipmapping, but I'll give it a look anyway.

And how do you increase the java heap size?

I think the slight increase in memory usage pushed many players over the top with this last release. Try using the patcher's test function. If that works, then your Java heap certainly needs to be increased.

Also, do you have a 64bit computer? 64bit Java = so many less problems. ^^

I don't think it's mipmapping, that should only happen for textures that are far away...
However I don't see anything in the terrain file that should cause that.

I'll try without mipmapping and get back to ya.
