hey this looks really nice , but one thing how come i have the same diamond and iron ? please if you took it from my texture pack put my name i got it off google , did you use google?
Well, that's interesting because the iron I used was just tinted gravel that was altered and color dodged. As for the diamond, I found a sapphire in google then distorted the color and added transparencies. I can assure you, these are original minerals that I had created.

I see what you're saying now, my mistake. I used those textures from a pack called dasmatrix 128x128 that I stumbled upon by mistake. Truth be told, I haven't got around to changing those texture yet and I plan to do so.

It is annoying though, that although it puts my fps down from 60 to 20, the pack is so exelent that i now cannot live without. Although i had to use 128x and disable custom water and animations...
XD - I love the diamond.
Edit: it was coal... still good coal... i was wondering why i found a vein of diamond that netted me 20 diamonds... XD
edit2: Cool lava. Also the needle on the compasss is almost imposssible to see
Glad you're enjoying it and as for the compass issue, I'm not entirely sure how to fix because all hd packs have the same resolution for the compass needle, which in my case, 16x16 resolution needle in a 256x256 compass. =(

Well the lag could be a whole plethora of reason.
1. Do you have wild grass installed? At these resolutions the mod takes up a bunch of fps
2. The size of the pack itself creates in-game lag for some low-end computers
3. Better grass and Better light mod also takes a slight hit to the fps
4. Checking the custom water/lava will lower fps because it's constantly loading 256x256 frames ever .2 seconds or so.
If you're willing to lower some of the graphical aspects of this pack, it's still possible to get decent fps. Hope this helps
Hey Scuttles. I tryied to install it in the jar file but i get crash ,i tryed on a clean client and still. Maybe i do something wrong , hmm.. I just put it in texturepack and load it with mcpatcher :smile.gif:. I played some hours with this texture and it's awesome . When i saw the paintings i had an eyegasm lol ( where is the skeleton picture ? :sad.gif: ) . U guys talking about diamond ? Din't find it yet xD. I'm working with my house and i'll see if it's worthy a picture. ( this texture pack is working very fine with me 60-70 fps min 200+ max XD + a lot of mods >.< ).

The art was done by nickhimself before he stopped creating his 256x256 pack. I can edit the art.png at any time so if you have any personal preferences I'd be more than glad to put it in the next update.

1. Patch MC to 128 with the first patcher.
2. I was using the second patcher to get better grass, lighting. I did this second.
3. I unzipped MC's jar file, pasted the mod files in their appropriate folders (just in the bin folder, inside the unzipped MC jar, etc.)
4. Tried to play, and failed 3x.
Now normally I would get it right and exclaim "GREAT SUCCESS!" like Borat, but I failed so no success for me.
Well, dumb question, but did you download the 256x256 texture pack or was it the 128x128 one? I haven't looked at my instructions lately I'll fix it if it only states 128 as the patcher

Hmmm, another dumb question. Since it's wild grass giving you the problem, are you copying the entire contents of the wild grass, or all except the terrain.png which should have been stated in the instructions... My bad. >.>
What this patch needs is an anti-aliasing mod of some type. That way the high res images don't look grainy from a distance. That and it will add to the whole "photo realism" aspect.
Thanks for the reply. I have 64bit Windows 7, and I have 64bit java. I reinstalled to make sure. I still have the same problem.
As for the glass mod issue, the .class file is inside the .zip that you downloaded. Just place that file directly into the .jar file within the bin folder and it should work properly.

The first two versions without the x256 are the 128 resolution versions. Maybe I should be more specific since I now have 2 versions.

I can get to the main menu now, I go to Single player, and it Builds the new map then saves. Crashes before the game actually loads.
The actual redstone is better than this one . I say TRASH !.
