F2 freezes the game temporarily, Fraps doesn't.

I think Fraps overlays Minecraft so it still will show the FPS.

Okay I had to screw around with this 256x256 texture pack for about two hours to finally get it to work.I have Windows 7-64bit and more than enough processing power to make this pack work as I did it on the 1.4 Beta just fine.

I had to completely uninstall Java 32-bit and install only the Java 64-bit to get it working.

However no matter what I do the texture pack is still greyed out, but strangely it works when clicking it.

All I see is the texture pack, selected just fine.

If you're talking about the icon, that's just the default icon for packs that don't have custom icons.

This is why Scuttles needs to add a pack.png >:3

T_T well with or without it functioning properly, the texture pack doesn't work without a lot of tinkering.

That's not a problem with the texture pack though, that's with the software on your computer. :-P

Edit: Nevermind, the issue with the chest was just me forgetting to reinstall a mod.

Hmmm... I've been debating on a few textures for the iron/gold blocks. Hopefully I get a good texture eventually.

I have installed the HD patcher and patched everything properly. I know you put the texture pack in the texture pack folder, but what part of it? Pictures along with an explanation would be greatly appreciated. A step-by-step walkthrough would be a life saver! Thanks!

All you have left to do is just placing the .zip into the texture pack folder.
