Hey, I'm getting an odd error when I try to apply your 256x256 texture pack on Windows 7. It worked well two nights ago, then the next morning it started to crash immediately after the Mojang splash screen and before the main menu comes up. I've tried everything I can think of short of completely uninstalling/reinstalling Minecraft to fix it. I downloaded the updates that came out yesterday of the HD patcher and today of the texture pack, but it continues to do the same thing. When I try to test it in the HD patcher, it crashes and the log says,
I really wanna figure this out. It seems to be some problem with the OpenGL buffer, but I haven't the slightest clue what I could do to fix it. :sad.gif: I really love your pack, and I want to get this fixed so I can keep using it. :3
I personally would attempt a fresh install and see if that fixes it. It is quite an odd error and I'll look into it.
Yeah, I got the 128x pack working, so it must just be an issue with Win 7 x86 and the 256x pack. :/ Oh well, I'll use this for now. :3 Thanks. :happy.gif:

The same is happening with me, I'm using Win 7 x64 and it's not working, but the 128x pack is perfectly fine.
Just curious on a few things now that 256x256 is working for me again. I have been playing for quite a while now and I have had Rain weather effects but no thunderstorms I was just wondering if there is lightning in this pack?
There probably is I just wanted to check because I really want to see some thunderstorms lol.
Also is there a file somewhere in the folder that says what version I am currently using?

There is no lightning texture in Minecraft... Lightning is generated via code.
Then again, so is Fire... yet MCPatcher allows custom fire animations.
Maybe custom Lightning animations in the future :3

Yeah, it should work fine in Firefox and Google Chrome.
Any other browser isn't worth my time to make it work for.
Though I don't see why it wouldn't work for IE or Opera, other than the fact that they suck.

Please make it more lush, meaning less dead leaves and/or grass and moree green?
Mine all still work. I sometimes get a little hung at the bottom if I don't hold the space bar with the forward key but they all still work.
