ähm...could someone translate. dont get it. did he mean:
he got a TP for minecraft 1.4 ... after this he looked at minecraft wiki for the crafting recipe for booster rails. Than he downloaded the LB TP and tryed to craft a Booster rail. But it dosnt work.
Thats what im understanding from this.
so it cant work without mincraft 1.5
or...ahh... i just dont get this post... complete overload.... systems Malfunction. ... have...to... stabilize .... error
Ah, I thought he was talking about some Indiana Jones movie...
With the booster rails, and the spiders.
Okay I've posted mine twice now, and I've gotten no reply. So I'm assuming that I have done something stupidly wrong. But I really don't think I have. I have tried out other packs. Misa's and Bordercraft, so 64x64 works and 128x128 works. MCPatcher works. it's the newest version. I was running 1.5 for this pack and it still didn't work. It looks great and I hope someone replys to me this time.
I downloaded the 256 pack and used the patcher to patch it to the game. It worked, however I have come up with a problem that I have not met before. Every time I destroy a block my game freezes up and closes.

Ok, we went through this a few days/pages ago. If you are on 1.5_1 and crashing due to breaking/placing blocks with this pack installed, it is 99% caused by using the old patcher. Please use the BETA MC patcher before asking for help in this thread, as it will remove the crash issue. The old patcher no longer works in conjunction with the new update and this pack.
Lot's of people are posting the crash problem without reading the last few pages of the thread, causing some useless posts.
Hi there guys and gals...been lurking around for awhile and finally need to post cause I can't get this installed. I admit...I'm a noob when it comes to the MCPatcher.
Can't get the pack to show up in the patcher at all...can't seem to figure out how to install it. Can someone help me with the basic steps to do so. I really like this pack and would like to use it.
What i do :
-I place the .rar in "TexturePacks"
-Next i Patch it with MC PAtcher 1.0 But its Crash also i Patch it with 2.0.0
So its dont start after "MOJANG" or its Crash by Placing Block's
You placed "rar" not "zip" in the texturepack folder? You're supposed to placed "zip" file. You need to increase java heap size. There's a video of how to increase it at the main post.
=/ i love this text pack and wanted to use the 256x but my cpu couldnt handle it i guess =/ guess i can settle for the 125 for now =/ keep up the good work though this is a great texture pack <3
I am the type of guy that tried everything I can before I ask for help. Anways, I have changed minecraft texture before but for some reason I can't get this to work.
I am currently trying to patch my minecraft into 256 HD texture pack.
I read that I need the beta patcher because the old one crashes the game, cool.
I patch my minecraft (jar) using the beta patcher, move the ZIP file (256 textures) into the texture folder.
I run minecraft, go to mods and textures pack, 256 pack is greyed out... I click it and the client crashes within a couple of seconds.
I then open minecraft again, but when I login and I see the "logo screen" my client crashes again.
No matter what I try, the client crashes. I had a friend of mine patch his jar file with the 256 textures and it works for him, he was playing single player for a while to see if it crashes, it didn't.
He gave me his jar file (almost 50mb in size) I replace it with my jar file, still crashes.
I tried removing the entire .minecraft folder, let it download everything... still same crash.
Im having trouble installing :sad.gif: Whenever i select it in the texture pack selector minecraft crashes. What do i do? I did patch it and i do have multiple texture packs in the selectors.
if you have an ati card...they hate the 256x...try running minecraft with the patchers test minecraft button and when it crashes look at the patchers log tab and post the log inside this

I espessially like the cobblestone texture. I've been through may texture packs and none that I've seen can make cobblestone look good.
But nonetheless, thanks.
Can't get the pack to show up in the patcher at all...can't seem to figure out how to install it. Can someone help me with the basic steps to do so. I really like this pack and would like to use it.
