:s Still waiting for MCP to update :s
And no, I didnt buy a pirated copy of windows 7, Phantom.
I have a legit copy.
And You, kyle...
Did it do that BEFORE Hd patcher?
It shouldn't modify the launcher :s
*I too Had issues, not related, to the HD patcher with the .net.minecraft.LauncherFrame Error.. Fixed my problems though.*
So... you have... a legit... unofficial... copy...
mind = blown
No, I have a legit OFFICIAL copy of windows 7. The post I did before is to do what scuttles did when he referred to me.
The link or the zip?
I assure you the ZIP is 100% safe.
The link is too, but it may have advertisements that lead to malicious/scam websites.
For this, I recommend Adblock Plus and a modified HOSTS file.

your texture pack are compatible with Minecraft v1.5_01?
Nothing in the textures was changed between 1.5 and 1.5_01.
I have been using this texture pack, everything looks amazing, but every time i try to place a block any block I'm just booted out of it. I know my pc can handle it i have an overclocked 5750. but is it something with the most recent update? also using the patcher how should i be configuring the original and output files?
I have the same probleme.
I did all correctly installation and up date with mcpatcher but when I place one block the game crash.
I reinstalled everything but still don't work I even tried an older version and it doesn't work either.
I rollbacked to Beta 1.5 and tried placing a block and it didn't crash. It only crashes at 15._01, so there's something wrong with the pack and/or patcher coding.
yeah right now im having crash after crash after crash with java.. will increasing the heap size help? nothing is responsive for a few seconds then it goes black.
I had a bunch of problems using this pack with the minecraft patcher (both new and old one). Basically found out that despite the fact that I had set the memory allocation at a high level of RAM, and having a computer more than capable of running this texture pack, it kept erroring out saying there was not enough memory.
After googling for a while, I discovered I was running the 32bit of Java. So I installed the 64bit with the modified memory allocations, and now it works flawlessly!
I am having problems installing the wildgrass. Download the files from http://adf.ly/19S5B but i have no idea what to do with them to be honest. Added them alone to the minecraft.jar and it didnt work. Added a modloader to minecraft.jar and it also didnt work? It's probably something simple but i cant find anything on the internet. Sitting with it for like an hour now lol so if you could help me instaling the wildgrass i would be really thankful :smile.gif:
Those are the graphics files to use with the modloader version of Wildgrass. You still need the guts of the mod found on the Wildgrass thread, all the class files and such. viewtopic.php?f=25&t=100771
only difference being that instead of installing the graphic files in the modloader version of Wildgrass, you'd use the files from the download supplied here.
The download from this thread are just alternative art for the mod, which resides at that link.
If you crash after the mojang logo when using the 256 pack, you may want to allow more RAM to java, you can learn how to do this by watching the video on the first page of this post. Note that you will also need the 64bit version of Java to run it.
There's no need to uninstall or delete anything.
Also should say that once you select the texture pack in minecraft options, the application will freeze for a few seconds.
I was having troubles of my own. The mcpatcher-1.1.12_02 wasn't working for me at all, I kept trying different methods that worked with other packs before 1.5 and no dice. The 128 pack crashed when I opened any production interface (furnace, workbench) and tried to remove the product, the moment I clicked the output the game froze and crashed. I thought maybe my problem was the increased load of the textures (which made no sense, I had AaEgOn's Bumpmaft at 128x128 before no problem with that resolution, but it's no longer being updated) so I gave the 64 version a try, and it would freeze and crash at "Simulating world for a bit" without even getting into the world. I tried the Java heap size thing and that didn't change things.
The Beta version of the HD patcher denoted on the patcher thread as "HOT" mcpatcher-2.0.0-beta4 which is here: viewtopic.php?f=1021&t=252531
fixed me right up. I have both 64 and 128 versions of this pack in there and hot swappable using the ingame interface, it's sweet! The 256 version still crashes me, guess I don't have the ram for it or something. Still, 128 version looks nice and 128 is the res I was using happily before.
Actual pack feedback...I haven't gotten as far as putting Wildgrass in but I see the lush textures in your pack for it so I'm sure it will be lovely.
I concur that the dark and grainy chest, workbench and furnace interfaces could be brighter and/or smoother, I play at 1920x1200 and your icons like saplings that are slender and dark are hard to even see in the slots. I think in the meantime I might double my interface size using the new options for visibility.
Can I make a plea for some sort of visually artificial feature on the top of the furnaces? I am fond of setting chests, workbenches and furnaces into the floor so I don't have to navigate around them, and currently this pack's furnace set into a stone floor looks like a just slightly different patterned stone block. Maybe...a grey groove all around the perimeter of the top? A round grille to indicate where the smoke and hot air would exit the top or something? Something where I don't have to remember what part of my cave floor is a furnace. I have a number of stations with workbench, chests and multiple furnaces down at or near bedrock set into natural stone due to extensive mining.
Couple suggestions, your pack is lovely and in a way, I'm sort of glad my old pack ended. The rock textures are more cavelike. Minerals will be a change, the old one had nuggets, this has sort of mineral dust looking stuff.
(Edit, a couple folks above this post reporting trouble with the 256 version, but it's just bigger files, right? Beta mcpatcher has 64 and 128 versions working fine for me. I have 4gb ram but my pc and XP only recognize 3gb of it...old pc.)
I should add that when adding the texture packs to the folder using the ingame interface, it didn't seem immediately available, I had to leave the interface, then come back and select them for it to select the new ones and apply it.

Holy ****, it works. All you have to delete bin folder and redownload new bin. Place the texture pack zip into texture pack folder. Then open up that mcpatcher program and click patch. Don't run mcpatcher 1.1.12_02 at all. You don't need this anymore. I can now select between default and this texture anytime I want and no crashes. Try it guys.
The 128x is an empty file. I like to extract the files after download and it says "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged." Downloaded the 256x and it works fine.
changed my heapsize and I can see the 256 pack in mods and texture packs but when I select it I crash. I can't get past the mojang loading screen with it in my texturepacks folder afterwards
Are you using Java 64bit Bokou? If you have a 64bit OS go on Java's site and grab it. I had to use Internet explorer 9 (64bit) to get it. Firefox kept downloading the 32bit even though i was clicking on 64.

I read this and went out to try placing something, indeed mc crashes. I wonder why.
I know why: You did it wrong. :tongue.gif:

This is how I like them, http://i1186.photobucket.com/albums/z36 ... 1303325821 changed mine back 2 versions :wink.gif: and kept all the other new edits you made.
Seeing lanes through the trees like that doesn't work for me, such a small screenshot you really cant tell, much worse in-game.
Overall awesome pack though, thanks!
