I've Installed the Texture pack, When It Rains Its a little bit Laggy, But Its ok :smile.gif: This Texturepack is awesome
Turn minecraft to fast, And most of your lag should be gone. It removes the hit particles + ugly rain sound.
EDIT----
It'll remove RAIN LAG. If you lag badly WITHOUT rain, Then that will help a little bit. Maybe 5-10 FPS Depending on the speed of your System
