If someone could enlarge the image without losing any of the quality, it would be awesome.
The quality wouldn't be lost, it would just be enlarged. It would look the exact same, if not blurry/even more pixelated. If you want a 128 pixel version of the original textures, it would have to be created from scratch.

You can download this and any of the other sizes of the terrain.png from my Photoshop texture templates for Minecraft v.1.3 Updated
They've not yet updated for today's update though.
