So, after the newest update, I had to reinstall Quandary. But the Sandstone blocks didn't appear. So i removed Quandary, and it gets stuck at the Done Loading screen. Please help!

Thats what happens when you remove a texture pack when the game still thinks its using it.
Goto options.txt in Application Data/.minecraft and where it says Skins:(The name of texture pack your using) change the name of the texture pack your using to Default. Or you could just delete options.txt. Happy gaming!

I used the texure installment method where you add and replace the files. So, I don't think that will work. In fact, the problem was that the new blocks would not register. I may get Painterly when thy update their textures, and use that. It'd be nice to have a custom texture pack :3
I may have to delete the entire application to fix it now, stupid me has borked the game :l
I'll delete and redownload from the MC site :l

I don't know about you, but you can use my "Best of Quandary Texture Pack" as an alternative for now.
It is Beta 1.2 compliant and re-textured (by me). Except for the new sprites.

Or you can just delete the bin folder in the .minecraft folder! Did it for me, before I started using the inbuilt game texture thing!
Here, have some water:
