idea for obsidian... since its what u get when toxic sludge hits water it could be like a crystallised substance?
considering it has to be used for portals it would be like a power source that a devise (the flint fire making thing) uses to power itself
Bump - Any ETA. This looks pweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeety Good.
Hard to give an ETA at the moment but I can assure everyone that I am working on it with great frequency. My friend Orange_Anything is coming along with the quite well and we hope to post a preview video soon highlighting everything that is done in action
This is your only ranged weapon. The Fire Arm. While the name is quite general by our standards it speaks volumes in the wastes. It combines various elements of pre-war weapons technology into a single simplified form. It is used to fire projectiles which are tipped with a metal shard and tailed with a small fuel compartment which is ignited as it is fired. Between the tip and the fuel compartment is a hallow aluminum tube. The Fire Arm is the primary tool of bandits in the waste due to its convenience and surprising accuracy.(if assembled correctly)
This is just a First draft so it may change a bit before release.
I didn't read the whole thing but you should turn obsidian into a mechanical piece like an engine, so it's like that orbital industries made a portal to hell
The reason I hadn't been talking much about the trees is because notch's new trees currently are currently not based on the foliage color file. The file has been changed yet it doesn't seem to affect either of the new trees. I am hoping this will get fixed before I release the pack but if it doesn't The scrap shacks will have to be... scrapped.. at least temporarily..
About this problem. As your words and picture shows, the new tree's leaves will change color and the old tree's leaves will not. This means the old trees can still be shacks, while the new trees can remain as trees! This works out better than every tree being a shack in my opinion, for it is pleasing to have trees around even if there are not many. The only problem with this is that all three tree types share the same inside log pattern, meaning that even non-shack trees will have a piece of scrap showing when the branches begin to grow. A creative solution to this issue would be making this inside log pattern stylistically match both normal bark, and shack material. < Tree bark for both of these patterns perhaps? You will find an aesthetically pleasing solution, of that I am certain! Good imagining to you, History!
