Ok, I think now that I've heard it, the ambient music is good right now. I don't really care if you change it, as long as you don't change it to something with words, or something happy sounding.
I have a question about the whole this whole texture pack, I don't seem to understand how the whole HD texture thing works, like if it replaces the regular textures permanently or if the sounds will replace the regular ones permanently.

The HD texture patcher has an unpatch feature so you just have to open it again and hit unpatch to return to default. Also for the sound. If you go into your resource folder and delete the text file that says "do not update" then the game will re-download the normal sounds.
Edit. I just replaced 13.ogg with the track I placed on here and since there is a .mus file as well it plays it half the time and the default the other half. This means in theory each record can have two tracks. I need to find a free program that exports.mus files then I can test this... if so.. we got 4 for the price of two!
just updated everything followed your instructions on the OP but after i start minecraft up all i get is a black screen after i patch the pack even if i unpatch it i still get a black screen it plays fine after i force update but cant use the pack any more right now any help

Lapis Lazuli Ore - Have concept, needs designing.
Orange Wool - Thinking about a radar display. Would be very cool. Not sure how I can justify the recipe yet. Maybe that's not even important if it looks cool enough. I'm excited about making this mock-up, though, I think it will look great in command-center setups like the screen-shot you posted above. Concept image.
Brown Wool - This is a hidden block, so we don't need a "recipe" just yet, since cocoa beans cannot be obtained without admin help or hacking. Thinking about a health-kit design. Can't have a bunker without handy emergency first aid kits. Concept image.

I agree, no longer do I feel that i'm being surrounded by zombies or monsters. I liked the original plank glass, really made it feel like there was a nuclear war out there. You should atleast give an option.
You can always look for the old one, even in the recycle bin, open it, open the terrain with an image editing program (MS Paint, Photoshop, etc), then open the new one in the same program, cut the gglass, then copy the old glass and stick it in place. That's what I did. History, to make it easier, just have the alternate glass the old glass. It's more "Shack style," which is what I like 'cause I'm not about to build a factory. I don't like the new windows either.

I got that too, and I think it was because of a mod that I had on, because when I re-downloaded the .jar, it worked. try that. (In case you don't know, to re-download thhe .jar, all you have to do is delete the bin folder in .minecraft, then play. It'll download it when you start.)

I actually aggree. I suppose I was trying to appease those who complained about lack of view. I am going to switch it back in for the next DL and offer the new as an alternate at the bottom.
As far as people having problems go, Try the HD Texture pack and then sound and let me know if that works. I think that may be the problem. I will correct the instructions accordingly if it is.

i tried that i kept getting an error message i dont remember what it said but i had to completly delete minecraft then reinstall it ps. i dont have any other mods
I'm not sure if you were planning on doing this, but the "lava bucket" looks like it has lava in it and I thought it should look like it has the Radioactive waste (I'm assuming that is what replaces the lava :tongue.gif:) in it instead. (If you mentioned this somewhere already I apologize :/)
Oh, the reason you guys might be having trouble with the HD texture patcher is because you need to be using the default minecraft texture pack when you patch it. If you are using any other texture pack you will get a black screen... If you were using the default pack then I don't know what to do :/

That nuclear warning broadcast is great. All it needs is a lot of static and fading in/out and it is PERFECT for this pack.
