Title, I need it for the thread that I'll release when I'm done with my current 0% done texture pack.
EDIT: Also, does anyone know a program I can use to easily edit each item/block? *I know this more than likely won't support abnormal sprites, such as mobs and rain*

You can also tell by the size of the image:
(The default image is 256x256 and the blocks are 16x16)
(512x512 image size = 32x32 block size)
And so on and so forth...
EDIT: Use either Paint.NET, Gimp, or Photoshop
