I've created a tiling chart for 16x16 blocks. Basically it shows all perfect tiles possible. Hopefully some texture pack makers will be able to use it.

There are 4 lengths availible to do a perfect tile: 16, 8, 4 and 2.They can be combined in a number of different ways.
You wouldn't possibly think about doing one of these for 32x32 would you?
I love having guidlines when trying to create textures or skins etc.
Understand if you can't be bothered to though, it would be a hell of a lot more complicated.
It shouldn't be too hard to scale it up to larger texture sizes, just make the tile length longer. For packs up to 128x128 the tile length will be 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and 128.
