that one that looks kind of like a spider web? or broken glass maybe... ive always wondered, so far i dont think it actually does anything.
It's an unused spider-web texture. Don't bother with it, it doesn't do anything or is actually in the game at all - just one of the few unimplemented/scrapped textures, like the quiver in the items.png.
