I downloaded the mixcraft texture pack and it replaced default in my texture pack list... so now I can't go back to default, even after I deleted it. This texture pack also made me load into my world with all my items disappeared. f my life...
Also, the texture pack is this disgusting christmas theme...
When you start up the game; go to the "Texture Packs/Mods" button and click on it, then hit 'default'. This will change it back to the default texture
He's replaced the default one with Mixcraft, I do that for my AngelCraft 64 texture pack too. There's no way to revert it, a common method to replace default textures with HD ones.

I know, just figured that out. Kinda tired and I read it through, posted a solution then read it though again and..yeah..sorry :/.
It's alright, we all make mistakes, especially when tired. :happy.gif:
Delete your /bin/ folder, Minecraft will automatically re-download itself.
And I wouldn't recommend putting the .zip in the texture packs folder, especially with 32x32 textures which require Xau's HD patcher.
Moving this to texture packs forum.
I've seen this suggestion circulating a lot and I'd like to squash it for good.
You can patch to any resolution and still use the in-game texture switcher with multiple texture packs of the same resolution in the texturepacks folder with no issues at all.

I don't know what that means...

If you're having difficulty doing so see my Installing HD texture packs using Xau's MCpatcher post.
Oh, and to address the OP. Download the default16pxTexturepack.zip file from my HOW TO: Create a Minecraft texture pack. SIMPLIFIED. post.
