See this and the first thing that pops up in my head is "Hey, didn't that Caesar guy kill lots of people.. Oh wait, they made a nuclear war game were you can do that to." Well, something like that, great work. Now just need to see how a server war goes down in this.
What block are you making your columns out of? it used to be the stone slabs what is it now my slabs just look like the cobble cut in half
The recent update made it so you can now make cobblestone slabs instead, so now the recipe you are using is the cobblestone one. You will have to make your cobble into stone (Furnace) in order to create stone slabs, which are used for columns in my pack.
u sholdmake a vesin withglass, insted of bars. the bars look so depreesing, and really mess with my domes, or if anyone has any idea as to how to have the pack with the glass that's in the normal version, it'd be much apreciated.
thanks, and i think you're really great for coming up with this.
Meabe some shields? or Spartan version of the armors? plox :biggrin.gif:
Spartans and Romans were entirely different.. ask whoever makes the Ancient Greek pack :tongue.gif:

Took me a few to understand this. I am not making a version with glass as the Romans historically did not use glass too often, and this pack is devoted to being mostly historical. Bars or wooden slotted covers were the most common form of 'window'. I could make the wooden version as I wanted to at first, but it doesn't look too hawt in 16x16.
i know spartans are like not in rome just asking :biggrin.gif:, but i love to see the shields, meabe some horses like the Mo's creature mod with armor, and yeah some <- in coins xD make with gold
Originally sandstone wasn't a natural formation. Apparently according to Minecraft now, it is natural.. but real sandstone was used as a building material for the Romans in the form of bricks so... its a dilemma.
My mind, it is blown. So blown. Partially by the texture pack itself, and mostly by that video. How long building that must have taken you... and it's breathtaking.
I have an issue. When i use this texture pack, i can't load minecraft. It's just this texture pack that does it, so i could be installing it incorrecty, i just did it like any other pack. I want to use it, so why does it cause me to not load minecraft?

I'm a pixel artist who makes pixel things and maps! I also do line art occasionally.
I have two work in progress resource packs!
This is the second one!
And of course, by "work-in-progress" I mean "will never, ever be completed".
