ive done the majority of what im supposed to do and i just cant put the texture into minecraft.jar have no clue why i really need a run through ( i use vista/7 just so u no)
If you're using a 16 pixel texture pack then you can ignore all the bits about the patcher and just place the texture in the texturepacks folder as instructed in the Advanced Installation instructions.
